Very disappointing experience. I went in to get fitted for my first ever straw cowboy hat. I was excited and looking forward to the customized shaping. Unfortunately, it wasn’t this at all. There was no advice given on brim length or anything to help me decide on the right fit for how I was planning to use the hat (working on the ranch)..

It was a “hurry up and let me shape it” experience. Now I am left with a $250 hat that I am not loving (brim too wide). Will probably have to go somewhere else where the customer service is more tailored next round.

Love the store, but I feel like when you are spending $250 on a hat there should be some level of advice and help. Very disappointed.

Called end explained my experience, offered to swap my hat out (never worn, except for looking in a mirror) for another and was told I couldn’t do that. Even offered to pay the difference. Didn’t matter.

The “ Hat Bar” needs a lesson on customer service.

We arrived at 1230. Almost all of the diners had their food. We waited 20 minutes to even be acknowledged, ordered drinks and food. After another 15 minutes we made our own drinks. After we had been there for over an hour, listening to excuses from our usually missing server, our food fnally came ICE COLD BURGER, not what we ordered and an argumentative setver.. We left the food on the table and went to someplace else. This is the worst service we have had here. I'll give it one more try, ...

I live one mile from the Cafe.. It’s consistent bad service over shadows the convenience of its local.. After today’s debacle .. I’m Finished with this Cafe .. Not wanting to put myself in a position to receive bad service by going into the cafe.. I called in an order to go., I get home and it’s not what I ordered … not even close .. Smiles from the staff are fake, I’ve never felt welcomed from day one.. Do yourself a favor and get a dry breakfast sandwich from a gas station.. it’s better...
