On Friday night at 7:00 pm, The Branch never disappoints, with a line out the door. Everyone in line was friendly and talkative, and the line moved quickly, thanks in part to the three young people working the counter who greeted everyone and efficiently served drinks. The young lady who took our order (wearing a Titleist hat) was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and kind. Adrian quickly found our party a table outside on the beautiful patio, providing a perfect evening setting. Our server, Danny, promptly greeted us, refilled our drinks, assisted guests across from us, and was a pleasure to interact with. The busboy was also busy, swiftly moving around. The teamwork was evident, especially when servers quickly came together to assist one who spilled something—cleaning it up in seconds. The teamwork ethos is clearly top-down here. As for the food, my sister ordered the 12ct wings, which were phenomenal, and I had 3lbs of crawfish, boiled and seasoned to perfection, at the price of $10.95/lb. Comparing to Comal Crawfish Co and Willies where crawfish was $20.00/lb last week, you simply can’t beat the price and quality of the food here, not to mention the service! 2/15/25 Sat outside on the patio and Sammi our server took great care of us. Also the young lady working front counter was very helpful. Also, Danny got us seated quickly and helped one of us down the steps. The manager Nathan came out to double check our order was right before sending it out. All in all 10/10.

I needed to go to @tractorsupply today to restock on my cat litter and the closest is in the Bulverde area. We've seen @thebranchsbtx featured on TV before so we decided to visit for lunch today. It was fully packed and clearly a favorite in Spring Branch. One review mentioned how it reminded them of @williesgrill and I can totally understand that when you first enter in with the different beers lined up going to where you would order. Some of the food items seem similar too but the quality of food is far better here. I love a good Coconut Shrimp and this was great with the generous serving of orange marmalade sauce. Dad only loves shrimp tempura but he LOVED the orange marmalade sauce! Dad and I shared the Grilled Mahi Imperial and they gave us 2 plates. Very generous portion and love the Mexican rice with it. My husband had the Catfish and Shrimp combo with side salad and he enjoyed that. We loved our drinks too - Dad with the caffeine free Frostie root beer, me with the Thirsty Goat and my husband with Shiner Light Blonde. I would still give it 5 stars despite the fish being slightly salty. Definitely a gem! If you're on Route 46 and Spring Branch area, make a point to stop by!

I'm from Wimberley and my neighbor and I drove over to Spring Branch to pick up some things and she suggested we stop by The Branch Neighborhood Grill. I had never been but I'm always up for a new adventure. The place is a little different. We ordered our food at the counter as soon as we walked in. We didn't drink but if you do, that's where you pick the drinks up as well. Free refills on the soft drinks. Anyway, we decided to sit outside and within minutes a waitress came over to check on us and complete our orders. The food came really fast. There is a play ground for the kids. The food was great the people were friendly and the atmosphere was super. I feel like this place would be a challenge for anyone in a wheelchair

I’ve come here for years and loved it but today I’m so disappointed. I called trying to place an order for crawfish an hour ahead and the girl on the phone told me I couldn’t do it an hour ahead but I COULD CALL 15 minutes before I get there and they’d put in a Togo crawfish order for me. So I told my boyfriend and he arranged his work to get off and go pick it up, and I call when he’s 15 minutes away. The guy first of all on the phone was super rude, no greeting jsut “I can’t hear you” when neither of us has even had a second to start…..and then tells me they don’t do that and I have to come in and order it and wait for it to be done because he has lost product and doesn’t want to lose more….does he think I don’t want it? I’ve called three times now trying to get it….and then I tell him about his employee promising me I could call and get it to go ahead of time and he so rudely was like “well I’m the manager and I’m telling you no that’s no how it works”. Like….wow. I’m not some Karen blowing up the phone it’s Mother’s Day I’m trying to get crawfish it’s the one thing I asked for today and he completely made me disgusted by his service. There was no need for the rudeness and I’m not looking for special treatment I was just looking for basic kindness. If it’s a policy it’s not my job to make sure all your employees follow it, it’s yours. She gave me wrong info, no reason to be rude to me about it. I did not go get crawfish from there, don’t even know if I’ll go back which is unfortunate the food is really good. But the customer service especially from a manager was super disappointing. A simply no...

We were excited to finally go try the branch after hearing such good things about it. First impression was good, front staff was nice, restaurant seemed clean. It wasn't slammed when we went, like we have seen in passing, so we were hopeful it was a good time to take our 5 yr old. After getting our drinks we starting looking for a table, we noticed there were several waitresses and waiters standing around talking, uh oh hopefully that won't be an issue. We managed to claim a table near a lot of people so we would be in a working section and hopefully get our food quickly. People around us were being waited on by different waiters at the time, one couple had their ticket taken as we were sitting down. We waited and waited, no one stopped at our table. I watched as several waiters/waitresses walked by, looked at the ticket on our table, and just kept walking (I counted 6 different ones). After waiting 20 mins for someone to come grab our ticket to put our food in we decided we would have to leave and go somewhere we would actually get service. The people that had their ticket taken as we were sitting down had also just received their food....seriously!! After 20 mins of waiting we were even more hungry and now our 5 yr old is very upset because she didn't get her shrimp. Not a very happy momma. It is no wonder restaurants have a hard time staying open in this area, service is always horrible in sit down restaurants in Bulverde. I just...
