The Kings Court Texas Food Truck — Restaurant in Texas

At first, this looks like an ordinary food truck. Brightly colored, menus on the side, and the smell of frying and grilling encasing it in a mouth watering cloud. But I'm here writing this, eyes blurry, hands shaking, barely sure how I survived the avalanche of food that came pouring from it's doors to tell you it is anything but ordinary. I ordered three burgers, and some boudin, for four adults and two children. Concerned that perhaps it wouldn't be enough, I added an order of loaded sausage fries, because meat and potatoes seemed the order of the day. By the time I managed to secure the loot in the trunk of the tiny Corolla, suspension now dangerously overloaded, I counted no fewer than nine full clamshells. I can see seven of them from my current place, beached on the couch and slightly panting. I wanted to stop after the first half of a hamburger the size of my child's skull (I checked), but the savory-sweet-crunch and the crisp and tangy vegetables kept me firmly chewing. I finally had to be physically removed from the table. An inordinate, a gargantuan, a colossal, nay a purely hedonistic mountain of food remains despite my concerted efforts and those of my companions. If I eat another bite I shall detonate in a glorious shower of conecuh sausage and ground beef; they will be scraping my remains off the ceiling and walls for weeks. This food truck is a real treasure. The attention to detail in the food and the flavors that come together in the meals from this truck, without a doubt there is a professional chef in the kitchen. The meats are always cooked to perfection, and you can watch them prepare your food and see fresh ingredients used on every plate. No matter what you order on the menu or off, yes thats right, they will make custom orders! And you will never be disappointed. The chef and his astonishing food truck should have already been hosted on food network. And mark my words. I have never, I mean never enjoyed flavor and texture anywhere I've ever been in my entire life. The seasoning is so savory in your mouth.. the taste of the sauce will bring you to your knees. The smoke coming from the pit, that nice wood flavor. Once you eat at Kings Court, you can't eat anything else because you realize, you've never really experienced good food, till you experience KINGS COURT! First, THE AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU GET PER PORTION IS GINORMOUS and the prices are very reasonable for what you get! Secondly, the burgers were phenomenal in every aspect. They were so juicy with the perfect amount of everything on it. But, the fries were the best part!!! I dont think ive ever had fries as amazing as these ones. Lasty, the customer service is out of this world. The chef was so nice and greeted us with the biggest smile and always had something funny and nice to say. So, all in all, this is THE BEST food truck I've ever been to hands down. If anyone were to ask me where to go for some good burgers I'd send them straight to Kings Court in Freeport.
