Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Texas

Tonight my spouse and I went to this sonic location, she is pregnant and was craving mozzarella sticks. We have had TONS of issues with this specific location for quite some time now. One of the biggest issues is their poor time management and inability to receive process and create your order in a timely manner. Upon ordering we have had wait times up to 35 minutes for a 2 meal order! Even had an instance where we ordered just 2 drinks, and still sat and waited for roughly 20 minutes. Other than taking a decade to fulfill the order, they are excellent at making sure it's not right, overcooked, undercooked, or just down right nasty. Compliments to the chef here, you nail over cooking beef patties like a pro. :D This location is absolutely horrendous, unless you enjoy waiting for extended periods of time and having messed up orders. If so then highly recommend, because it's the only things they do 'right' here. On a more serious note, I would never recommend coming to this sonic location, if you want sonic that bad I suggest taking the extra few minutes, and driving up to Splendora sonic. They're phenomenal, and I have only ever had a handful of small mess ups there, mind you I have lived there majority of my life. I ordered cheese sticks ask for marinara sauce get home it's not in the bag...who eats cheese sticks with no sauce..I shouldn't have to ask especially if they are not gonna put it in there anyway. $5 gone then I open my foot long coney and I broke the fork trying to cut it. How long did that hotdog boil in the pan. It was rubbery, bread was soggy and the chili was like paste.$6 gone. Who is in charge ? Who let's the food go out like that. Has the owner ever eaten there? Jerry Conway was my neighbor for years. He owned over 100 sonics and I promise you none if them tasted like that. It's a shame that someone doesn't step up and make some changes. My mom and I went to our normal location in Porter Texas off FM 1314 near 99 we ordered our regular sweets as a once a week treat. We have never had a problem till Saturday about 523pm we know that shakes are half price after 5pm . Well I brought it up to the shift on duty and the little female that brought us our treats, snapped her little head and said "I DON'T THINK SO YOUR PAYING FULL PRICE. SHE WAS SNAPPY about it. We have never faced an issue like this before and we go here a lot. We drove away with our the product and she flipped us the bird while we drove away.
