I've been in the West Buda area for nearly 10 years and have never thought of trying this place until recently. These guys are great for quick and easy pizza! Not quite Home Slice levels or anything like that, more on par with Double Daves and much better than your typical delivery pizza. Their make your own pizza rolls are incredible and love the fresh Johnny G's Italian sausage!

Decided to try this place as I live down the street and halfway through the meal the last wing has a hair sticking out from under the skin. Never will we try this place again. This place is decent especially if you like eating hair. Pizza was pretty good but this wing with hair is enough to make sure that we never order from here again. Who knows if the pizza also had hair too.

Incredibly rude. Didn’t deliver pizza and then lied about delivering it. Had to beg for a refund after fighting about whether it was delivered or not. Super bizarre. Complete lack of customer service.

They never apologized, lied about it being delivered, tried to call me a liar even though I know they didn't deliver it... really really bad all around.

  • UPDATE * I NEVER called back and apologized the next day. I called to ask about my refund because they charged me and it was taking forever for it to process (took about a week). They were still pretty rude the next day as well.

Kind of creeped out by their lack of care/blatant lying/crazy perspective. I thought maybe the Owner would see this and be appalled by how his customers are treated... but I am left speechless.

See Owner's response below for hilarious misrepresentation of the situation and desperate attempt to change the context through yet more blatant lying.

OH BTW. I called Favor right after and got a homeslice pizza delivered, they had no issue delivering it and were super nice. They MADE my friend's night. COMPLETE Day & night in competence and customer service. All I wanted was the pizza I ordered, the service I literally paid for. This business isn't going to last if they do crazy stunts like this...

First of all the pizza isn't that good. Isn't there supposed to be cheese on pizza? Although I have never been a fan, we have ordered many times because my wife likes the cheesy bread. However, they never include the ranch AND marinara as advertised on the website. We have ordered multiple times, asking to please include the sauces, and even paid extra for more sauces and they still didn't include them. The final straw was tonight. I put in the comments section of the online order, 'please include both ranch and marinara as advertised on your site, we have asked numerous times and even paid extra and still not received both sauces. Thank you'. When we received our order, it was like they are vindictive for me asking for what they say they will provide. We Did get both sauces, however they only put about a tablespoon worth of each sauce in a container made for about a half a cup. We are done. Gave them plenty of chances. I hope their...

Here is the deal- tonight they just lost a loyal customer- I have spent a lot of money with this place over the past 4 years. I love supporting local businesses. Typically I am a pretty understanding person but when I order pepperoni roles at 5pm and you show up at 7pm- I think an apology is the least you can do.

Your website specifically says 45 minutes up to 80 minutes for delivery- 2 hours is 120 minutes. Come on- admit when you screw up and make it right.

Not to mention the delivery guy gave me attitude- it's not my fault there are only 2 of you working on a Friday night. Oh and half of my rolls were burnt and the cinnamon sticks were terrible.

Looks like the food and reviews for this place are going downhill fast- CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key to any successful business.

Sincerely pissed,

Former...
