Incredibly rude. Didnāt deliver pizza and then lied about delivering it. Had to beg for a refund after fighting about whether it was delivered or not. Super bizarre. Complete lack of customer service.
They never apologized, lied about it being delivered, tried to call me a liar even though I know they didn't deliver it... really really bad all around.
Kind of creeped out by their lack of care/blatant lying/crazy perspective. I thought maybe the Owner would see this and be appalled by how his customers are treated... but I am left speechless.

OH BTW. I called Favor right after and got a homeslice pizza delivered, they had no issue delivering it and were super nice. They MADE my friend's night. COMPLETE Day & night in competence and customer service. All I wanted was the pizza I ordered, the service I literally paid for. This business isn't going to last if they do crazy stunts like this...

Typically I am a pretty understanding person but when I order pepperoni roles at 5pm and you show up at 7pm- I think an apology is the least you can do.
Your website specifically says 45 minutes up to 80 minutes for delivery- 2 hours is 120 minutes. Come on- admit when you screw up and make it right.
Not to mention the delivery guy gave me attitude- it's not my fault there are only 2 of you working on a Friday night. Oh and half of my rolls were burnt and the cinnamon sticks were terrible.
Looks like the food and reviews for this place are going downhill fast- CUSTOMER SERVICE is the key to any successful business.
