The Nest

When we first arrived the waitresses were very welcoming. They were prompt when ordering our drinks and delivering them then this is where things kinda went south. After delivering our drinks we were left for nearly 15minutes while all 3 waitresses stood at the counters talking. There was only a few other patrons in the building at this time. The cook from the back finally came out and asked about orders, it was at this time our waitress came back over and asked what we would like to order. Our meals were delivered a short time later. They were hot and neatly presented. I ordered a country style steak meal and although the mashed potatoes were fine, the country fried stake had a off taste to it and i only consumed about a 1/3 of it. My other 2 companions meals were good per their responses. My son had a hamburger and he stated that it was just "okay", my other companion said his wet burrito was excellent. Ordered two meals both omelettes around 7am and when I got there to pick it up I waited 20 minutes at the register the lady didn't know how to operate the debit card machine, so I had to run to the ATM to get cash and when I went to pay with cash the lady said I needed exact change cause the register was not working. After all this I get home and the food is cold and the toast is soggy. So I called and ask to speak to a manager but there was no manager available only the waitress who showed up late for work. So upon trying to explain to the waitress what went on the waitress hangs up on me. So I then go back to the nest and the waitress makes up lies saying I was rude on the phone and the manager goes along with her because the waitress is friends with the manager so they ban me from the establishment and tell me to leave.

There's a lot more disrespect from this establishment I could say but you get the picture. Don't go here unless you want...

Went there this morning and was told by female waiter in loony tunes shirt, glasses, and butterfly mask to wait in breezeway with door shut after people in front of us waited inside with door open. Had to go inside to get waited on since that helped ingnore us. Then man came in after us and was allowed to seat himself. He also got his food before us! Even though he was at least 10 minutes after us. Waiter told us he got his food first because he didn’t order eggs?!?! Kids were allowed to scream inside the building and run around the place?! After over a half hour of waiting (this is after being seated) and dealing with the rude staff, piss poor service, and double standards we ended up leaving. Would...
