Having been to this McDonalds more then 300 times easily in the last 3 years. My and my Fiance's experience at this McDonalds in the morning shift has always been pretty good. But why specify the morning shift you ask?
Because the evening shift is HORRIBLE. I never use capital lettering like that in my reviews ever, but this is a large emphasis on TERRIBLE customer service, terrible food quality, and a terrible environment.
As I said, morning shift here is great! usually very friendly, order accuracy on par, food quality decent. Usually professional.
Evening shift? where do I start, cold fries, screwed up our order and screwed up fixing the order, refused to serve an item that was on the menu because it was discontinued, yet it was still advertised and you would think could still be made since it consisted of everyday supplies they use for other meals.
The worst part about it, the worst person on this shift was the male supervisor or manager, unsure of his role. A stockier male, probably around 6 ft tall, short cut hair, mid 30's or early 40's. Talked a little funny.... Wasn't funny
He was yelling at his employees, yelling at customers confirming their order in an awful and short tone, had an attitude with my Fiance when she brought our food back up that was incorrect, the cashier rang everything up right as a new trainee but the cooks got it wrong.
After "fixing" our order one thing they had to fix was, I ordered a plain Cheeseburger, had being alergic to Ketchup, Mustard, or Pickle. I would have died because it was on there. They "fixed" the order and when we checked, the burger was not plain it had Ketchup and Mustard inside the bun they did not replace the burger they just scraped the pickle and excess condiments off.
This was a horrible experience and we vowed to never come back on the evening shift.
My advise? Keep up the good work morning shift.
Night shift; Get your stuff straight, calm the heck down and talk less about inappropriate things when customers are in the store, I'm referring to the supervisor as described earlier when I say this.
I've never wanted to see anyone get fired so badly. And he was the one...
Read moreWhat isn’t wrong with this McDonald’s? First of all, something is always broken. Whether it’s the espresso machine or the ice cream machine (usually both at the same time)Now, I know it’s a standing joke about McDonald’s ice cream machines always being down but this place takes the cake. I’d say it’s time to invest in a new one if you can never use it.
And speaking of coffee, I don’t know why it’s so difficult to make an iced coffe. The employees are not properly trained on the procedure. If you are unfortunate enough to order one, you’ll soon be enjoying a cup of straight syrup with a hint of coffee flavor. That’s IF you get lucky and they even add the flavoring your ordered.
On more than one occasion this particular McDonald’s has had signs posted saying they are out of French Fries. How is this even possible? You own more than one McDonald’s, go borrow a case or two from the other ones. The inefficiencies are outstanding.
This McDonald’s is beyond slow and upsetting. If you want to stop before work, be sure to leave a half an hour early to account for the time you’ll be sitting in the drive thru. The employees look a sloppy mess and must all have hearing problems because orders are never correct by the time they get to the second window.
For the love of god, I beg you, as the only other restaurant besides Subway, hold yourself to a higher standard. This place is an absolute joke and needs a change...
Read moreSo I go through and order a large caramel frappe and I'm so majorly disappointed and angry at the same time honestly because those things aren't cheap so when I Get one I expect it to be drinkable. So I get it and the cup's not even filled to the top, It was more like 3/4 and the rest was all whipped cream. So so I let that go because I just really was craving my frappe but I snapped a picture of it so I can maybe bring it to a manager's attention because it seems like I frequently get them like that. So I drink my frappe and I get halfway through my supposed to be large frappe which was actually a medium pretty much and I realized that the whole bottom half of my cup is nothing but ice! Like I can't even drink it because it's a good two and a half inches of just ice in the bottom of my cup with whipped cream! At this point I'm so so furious I paid $5 and waited in the drive-thru for almost 15 minutes Just for them to give me a frappe that I got to have 4-5 small sips out of all together.! Get it together McDonald's That's ridiculous.! There's no Excuse For it, If you don't know how to make it ask somebody don't Just throw together some bullshit and give it to me as a frappe because that shit's expensive and some of us don't have money to blow like that Or time to waste for...
