The Pool Bar at Nancy Lopez Country Club — Restaurant in The Villages

Five of us waited approx 20 minutes to be seated and the host said our table was finally ready but that he had to seat two ladies real quickly and would be right back but when he came back he ignored us! So i approached and asked him if he was seating us and he said i am sorry mam but i had to seat those two ladies at your table because they didn't want to sit in the sun and they didn't want a high top table!! He gave our table that was already prepped for five people to those 2 ladies that came and barely waited 5 minutes!! And then when we said we were leaving and going elsewhere he got very rude and told us that he can't throw people out of their seats and we have to learn to wait! Amazing because we were thrown out of our seats in a sense just in that instance! Rude and ignorant! Will never go back or...

Brought some friends from out of town, first time to the Villages. Got a table for 5 pretty quickly. Waited about 20 minutes for waitress. Ordered drinks and dinner, drinks came out . Then two of the meals were served. The other three waited and waited and waited about 40 minutes. Finally went to find the waitress who said she would check on the meals, waited another 10 minutes. Finally brought the other three meals and of course they were cold. She said they had not been sitting in the window but clearly they had, fries inedible. Still charged full price, never checked on again, never asked how was the meal. Very unfortunate way to end the day...

Drove over 30 minutes to try the BOGO burgers. Not sure it was worth the trip.

I always assume "specials" are priced low (for what you get) to draw people in to try the place. There was just no wow factor in these burgers.

Swiss muchroom burger had good flavor, but the burger itself was very small. They tried to hide it in an over sized bun.

The bourbon burger had a funny taste, but same small burger.

The coldslaw was a joke. Came in a plastic cup, with a lid and the cup was probably 1/3 of a measuring cup. TINY.

The special drew me in, but it did not make a repeat customer out of me.

$16 for one burger (out of the BOGO timing) is way...
