La Plaza de los Food Trucks — Restaurant in The Woodlands

I visited a few days ago and noticed the place wasn’t as busy as usual. It's literally falling apart. The whole area looked like it had been hit by a tropical storm, with no signs of repair. Storm Beryl started on 07/08, and we visited at the end of July. Light fixtures were falling apart, tables and chairs were thrown around, and trash was everywhere. No one from the business seemed to be making any effort to clean up or fix the place. When we asked one of the owners of TacoNChile what was going on, they said:

"We don’t know. The property owner is the gas station, and we haven’t seen them for a few weeks. No one complains or says anything."

My family and I felt uncomfortable and disgusted, especially with the heat outside. This will be my last visit to this place. Additionally, we had Pupusas de Chicharrón con queso from TacoNChile, and we were disappointed. The meat was greasy and rubbery, with hardly any chicharrón. I felt grossed out and got sick.

This establishment is in serious disrepair, and if they don't fix it, I recommend turning away and going...

Lots of food trucks. Very few options for a pescatarian. I was really dissapointed. I thought with so many trucks there was going to be some cool creative selections that didn't include meat. What seafood was available is fried. Tons of kids!!!! and the Venezuelan food truck was blaring kids music, like Baby Shark😵. I decided on a Shrimp PO Boy from the Milkpot truck. Took 25 min but was pretty good. I was really bummed that Cabs Crawfish Cabin had such a limited menu. I usually get food from there. Its great if you have a bunch of kids and no dietary restrictions. Otherwise, don't bother. Also the sweet treats truck has an automatic 20% tip added to your bill!...

Darbar, Next time yall go eat here, know that this owner hires people and does not pay his employees, i know a lady who worked there 9 days, he told her to come one day then the next week never paying her, i went to speak to him while she was there since there is a language barrier, He got offensive bringing out excuses and at the end wanted to give her only 100 dollars for 9 days of work. Disgusting person!! That is why he is always looking for people, hope nobody goes there so he can go out of work. Making money out of hardworking people and then not...
