Read the 5 star reviews, really people. Eather you don't get out much or you've never been to Golden Corral. I can think of several places that put this place to shame. In all honesty the food wasn't bad but it is more just barely average, not worthy of any bragging rights. Fried Chicken, even KFC is better. Vegetables were all seasoned well, but over cooked for my taste. We went on a Friday, folks a seafood buffet is should be more than one fish dish and shrimp. Salad bar, NOT even close. Great deserts ,just a bit limited on selection. Value for dining experience, over priced would be an understatement. Yes this could have been an "off night" but first impressions tend to linger. Will I go back...... probably, everyone deserves a second chance. Would I recommend them, only with reservations. Service was acceptable, they seem more interested in collecting for your meal than attentions...

We were really excited to try this place based on the reviews. I wish this review could be positive, but it is not. We went on a Monday. The food was not fresh. The waitress could not identify the food on the buffet line & acted as if she was aggravated when we asked questions. The only fresh thing put out was fish & cornbread muffins the entire time we were there. Mashed potatoes tasted boxed, gravy was clumpy. We literally fixed one minor plate each & were highly disappointed. We left immediately after. Food was good. Service was terrible. Had to ask for our drinks. This is a buffet. We were done eating our first plate before anyone asked what we wanted to drink. No one got old plates. Employees were sitting at a table chatting. We had to move our plates to another table yo make room. Our waitress made eye contact with me while I did it but still did not come get the plates. When we got up to leave we were finally provided a refill on our drinks. It was not a busy time of day. There were only two other tables...
