So here's my thing I usually have a good experience here but not recently. I went for date night and we went here....bad decision. We get our drink and chips looking over the menu for a good 30 minutes before anyone came over to take our order. We ordered shrimp cocktail which wasn't what we expected. It was 5 waterlogged shrimp with a sauce with cut pieces of shrimp in it and way too much cliantro which was 12.95. Now he's taking our orders says it back to us i see him write it down and walks away 5 min later he brings us fried shrimp which we didn't order so he kept saying this what you ordered. So i had get firm and say no we had shrimp cocktail only shrimp item we had . then he says no i thought this was your meal. So i said no and told him what i had he says it back and takes the fried shrimp back.... Well 25 min later my husband's fish tacos come and the waiter walks away so I'm like ok maybe mine takes a little longer. After 5 min i tell my husband eat without me... 5 min after that he calls our waiter and asks where my food is and he goes I thought the shrimp was what you wanted and wgen I cancelled it you didn't want anything eles... So i replied well you took my ordee again why wouldn't i want to eat lol so he said no problem coming up. Legit 3 min later food was there. Mind you i had a cheese enchilada, a beef taco, a chimmachanga with rice combo... I was nervous but surprisingly it was good. My husband's fish taco weren't fried which he liked but no flavor...All and all Service was ok and prices are a little high for the quality of food. But friendly and the rice with beans is good. Maybe they just had...

First I want to say I’ve eaten here many times and the food and staff are always the best. However tonight a dish I’ve ordered many times was a failure. I ordered the Tex Mex burrito, my first bite was a hard piece of steak that hurt when I took a bite.I told the waitress and she apologized and was sympathetic. I took 3 more small bites eating less than 1/3 of it to find 2 more. I called the waitress over and sent it back without making a scene and said I wasn’t paying for it.she acknowledged it and agreed. My fiancé asked for extra tortillas for the fajitas she ordered for me to share because my meal was bad and we didn’t want to wait for another meal. The waitress immediately brought them over. Now to my issue, if I was the typical person and raised a fit over the burrito and asked I would have gotten the appetizer or something given as an apology. But because I was the nice guy I got charged for the extra tortillas. “Great customer service” Thank you to our waitress but the rest was awful and even though it was only $.75 it was the point they don’t care about customer service. Going back may be a long time. I hope this was isolated because in the past this was an incredible...

On October 13th 2018 we had Senor Panchos cater our wedding. I cannot say it enough, Guadalupe and his crew were AMAZING! They were on time, and cooked all the food fresh! Everyone loved the food! Even when we were in the planning process of our wedding Lupe was warm, welcoming, accommodating, helpful, and just over all an amazing guy.

Not only did he bring food, but he took care of table cloths, napkins, plates for the food, plates for the cake, cups, silverware, and salt and pepper. These are all things we would have had to do on our own had he not been SO accommodating. He even got napkins and table cloths to match our colors!

Senor panchos was actually our first date, just about 9 years ago! We always went to the one in Litchfield, but now the Thomaston location will be our new go to! The food in the restaurant is delicious and fresh! They have many great mixed drinks and a lot of craft beer on tap! What more can you ask for?!

So thank you Lupe, for helping making our wedding day perfect and for letting us re-live our first date every time we come to...

I’ve driven by this place multiple times in the past year and decided to stop in and try their menu. As a big fan of Mexican food, I was looking forward to trying a dish and they didn’t disappoint. The sloppy nachos and enchiladas banderos were phenomenal! My only issue that I have with this place was that my order was taken by another person with the same first name. When I arrived I had to wait an additional 20 minutes for them to redo my order. So the choice of protein wasn’t what I originally ordered, but it wasn’t their fault. They had a good sense of humor when I returned a few days later to pick up another order and ask if I was “the right Juan”. In which I replied, “the Juan and only” lol. Great Mexican cuisine, served by a staff with a sense of humor. You can’t go wrong with this place, I highly recommend it.

More like 3.5 stars. One definite plus is that food is served very fast, another one is that the owner (or manager?) comes around pretty often to make sure clients are satisfied. However, we had several instances when we had to ask the waiters to please bring stuff we had already ordered such as tomato slices for the cheeseburger for one of the kids. And it also happened that we had to repeatedly ask for beverages refill, including water. I personally believe all their food is pretty tasty. I especially enjoy the shrimp street tacos. One of my kids was not crazy about the beef burrito, he found it too spicy but the other one loves the cheeseburgers served at this place. Frozen margarita is yummy for sure. Overall, a pretty decent dining experience.

I really need to remember to not come here. This was my second visit and it was no better than my first. I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt... truly I did. I got steak fajitas and there was SO MANY peppers in it, barely any meat and the meat that was there was tough and fatty. No sour cream, rice tasted old, just overall bland. Not happy. My husband didn't enjoy his food either and my 14yo barely touched her chimichangas. We spent around $85 and the food portions were small, yet the prices were high. No intentions of returning.
