I was just there for a birthday party sunday,and even though the lanes and funny cartoons they play with peoples faces are fun and great for kids the staff isnt the best.i had a few issues there.it was my first time so i asked an older gentleman how much it was for a game and he kept giving me different answers.he kept saying 4.75 for ten minutes,then 4.75 per game and then changed it to 4.75 per person so im not sure exactly what the price was.he wasnt making much sense.then i tried asking him for shoe rental price and he was being very vague and not giving me a direct answer.he rambled off some numbers that were between 3.75 and 4.75 but wouldnt tell me the actual price.i gave him my card.not sure if i was over charged.me,my boyfriend,and my son played 1 game with shoe rentals and it costed a total of 26$. Also some of the arcade games kept messing up and not putting tickets onto my card so i had to keep getting assistance and doing the math after each game to make sure they went on.then when i tried to get food the lady with short dirty blond hair was very rude to me.i told her its my first time there and i wanted to know how big the grinder or turkey club was(since i was gonna share it with my son),she kept giving additude and rushing me and didnt really give me a set answer.i also wanted to know what they came with and she didnt really answer my questions.then i wanted to know if they had any wine.instead of saying yes and telling me the price she added it to my bill and said "is that all".and i wasnt sure what she ment since she never answered my question so i asked it again and she gave me more additude saying "do you want it or not,i put it on here".i ordered only a turkey club,with small tenders,and 1 glass of wine and it came up to 35$. She never told me the prices.so i think she may have over charged me.and she gave me the tiniest little cup of wine,when everyone else in my group had a regular sized cup.and she put a bracelet on my wrist that said sunday.i wasnt sure what that was for.none of my friends ended up having that with their alcohol either.then when my food was ready i said do you have any trays.she told me no but then gave someone behind me a...

I prefer going here over the place in Bristol because it is more family friendly. They don’t have inappropriate things on the TV like the place in Bristol has. If you have kids, that may be important to you. I gave them 3 stars because the owner and the workers are unpleasant. They gave my wife a hard time for my kids birthday party and acted all nice when I showed up. The workers at the place in Bristol are much nicer. The lanes at this place are not as good as the place in other lanes. Not sure if they don’t oil as much or what, but my game is always off there. I would not eat anything there, after having eaten pizza for my kids party. The birthday party value at Bristol is 10x better, more options and much more friendly and organized.

Can’t really even leave a review… All my friends made the drive and came down on a Wednesday around 6 to bowl. Walked in and were immediately told they didn’t have space for us because it’s a league night… if only we had thought ahead to check that! Except we did! And the website has no indication that any nights are unavailable.

The staff’s response was quite rude, considering the disappointing message he had to deliver. I mentioned the website didn’t have any information regarding unavailability. Instead of simply apologizing, he said “you know phones exist right?”
