Dunkin' — Restaurant in Thompson

Well I haven't had much of a problem until today tho usually I go in the morning and this was more around 4-4:30pm. I ordered an English muffin with peanut butter on it. Then I was told that they could not put the PB on my EM because it's policy... hhhmmm I said I order this all the time with no problem and the girl was adamant that they will not out PB on my EM.... So nevermind the fact that people are allergic to dairy, gluten, etc...I proceeded to the window. Once I paid for my food I put my car into park and and I proceeded to put the spread in my muffin myself. I was asked to please move my car and I said that I would but I can't drive and butter at the same time nevermind there is no where to drive to! The window goes straight to the road. Then the girl asked me to come in and order next time I order an EM with PB and i said no... the drive through is there for a reason and I should not be discriminated against because I like peanut butter! Then the woman slammed the window shut on me.... Quite rudely! I will be sure to order an English muffin with peanut butter every single day from there and if I am made to I will butter it at the window myself but I will not be made to drive away and risk my life and the lives of others because of someone else's unwillingness to do their job. I will not be discriminated against because I don't want cream cheese.... maybe I'll get it with jelly and see if they have a problem with that! BOLOGNA either way... butter my over priced, undercooked muffin...

By far, the worst Dunkin in this area, which is a shame because it's so convenient for Thompson residents. I've started buying my own ice coffee and making it at home because I don't have 15-20 minutes MINIMUM to waste in their drive-thru, regardless of the time of day it is. I ran out of coffee at home today and it took me 15 mins to get a single iced coffee. I could have run to Walmart and been back home in that time. There is zero sense of urgency within their staffing to serve their customers. There is a lot of standing around and a lot of gossip going on almost every time I pull up to the window. Management needs to either step up and have a discussion with their people or get people who actually want to work because whatever they've been doing for the past year +...

Extremely slow. It’s been this way for multiple years now, no matter who’s on staff and no matter what time of day it is. The driveway is only long enough for 10 cars and I’ve had days where, even during COVID when the inside of the restaurant was closed, i spent literally 35 minutes in the drive through of this Dunkin. The worst part is that once you’re there, you can’t escape, as the driveway is only wide enough for a single car, so no longer how late they make you for work, you have no choice but to stay. Hopefully they are closing the location so a new coffee place can take it because they’ve reduced their hours again and the building literally looks like it’s...
