Went to this location the other day around 8:30. Keep in mind that they don't close until 9, so I wasn't being "that guy". I went to the drive thru and ordered a $5 box. The worker replied, "Oh, hold up". About 3 minutes later, she comes back on the speaker and says they have no chicken and the manager said to not cook any because it would not be done cooking by closing time. Devastated, but desperate for chicken, I asked if they had chicken strips instead. She rudely replied "We gots mild", as if my being there was seriously inconveniencing her. I was already lowering my bar for strips, but I refuse to do mild. This is not the first time I have tried to get spicy chicken, or chicken in general, from this location and they were out, but at least before, they would cook it once I asked and I just had to wait an century and a half to get my Louisianian "fast" food. If you have an hour to waste while you are getting your oil changed of something, go here an order a spicy chicken anything! You'll be late picking up your car. Read moreThe experience was very terrible, I came to popeyes awhile back, and I wanted spicy chicken. So one girl ask me what kind? I told her white meat and my side order and she said ok... So as I was driving around to the drive thru, she said here it come. For one that was disrespectful, you don't tell a customer here it come without saying "Hi" and by the way she never greet me when I order my food. This what she said "Can I take your order?" But I had to be at work and I just order my food. So as I was waiting, she told me to pull up and I ask her why, when she just told me "here it come". Then she said the spicy chicken got 25 mins wait...I said 25 mins WT...I have a friend who works at popeyes it only take 12 mins to drop some chicken. So, I ask for mild and some hot sauce and she said "uggh, she said she will take mild" and closed the window hard. Some of them girls have nasty attitudes, and I feel like if you don't won't to serve your customers the right way don't work at a restaurant or any store...basically anything dealing with customer services. Read moreFood was up to expected standard. Staff: several seemed interested more in conversing with one another than attending to their customers. Dined in, tried too give me my order without a tray...expected me to juggle our order to the table! Another staff member saw and corrected their team member and provided a tray. Had to go back up and ask for napkins, hot sauce, honey,etc...as none was provided / offered at the time of pickup nor was any available in the dining room. While dining the staff continued to loudly discuss their personal conversations ranging from one employee thinking higher education isn't necessary to be successful (ironic isn't it) and others comparing how much their car loans are a month.
