I went through there this morning since it has been a really long time I have a an American burrito. I used to come here a lot in the mornings due to working nearby. Things change. I got a new job and can't go regularly in the morning hardly at all. I do make a point of going in the evenings often my kid loves the cheese fries and cheese sticks. The young gentleman and ladies in the evening and morning are wonderful! As for today it wasn't the the greatest experience. I absolutely do NOT like American cheese! I ordered the American burrito at the drive thru specifically said " Can I have an American Burrito I don't not want American cheese can you please put mozzarella on the burrito instead, add onion, and substitute for turkey sausage" I had enough time before having to drive 30 minutes away to my job settle to find out there's American cheese! To look forward to something you haven't had in awhile made extra time to get there before work and see this orange cheese through my burrito. Horrible and disappointing. I normally let things go even if mistakes happen this isn't the first time it has happened and today I decided to call. I was told oh im sorry I try to watch the guys and their hands and do the best I can to watch them. The owner then asked if I can hang on to it until tomorrow. I said Unfortunately, "I don't usually even have the time to make it in the mornings."I open at my job the next few week and won't be able make it to get another burrito tomorrow. So now I sit here thinking sure I can hold it. Though now I won't have breakfast. I take meds and need to eat with it. So I can pick around the cheese and eat it with fork. I paid 13 dollars for crap, paid extra for additional things and didn't get mozzarella cheese.. When i called all I got from the owner was oh im sorry i try to watch them. No offer for a replacement for another day is insane! I have weekends off I would have picked up a replacement burrito and bought the rest of my family breakfast at the same time. Therfore still making money on your end. You as an business owner should do better that is horrible and horrible customer service! I would have expected better from you and your business. You will no longer receive money from me and I will never be a regular at your establishment. My kid can enjoy his nightly cheese sticks and cheese fries at another business that will appreciate my money. Mr.submarine is great! Thankfully I have realtionships created at more greatful establishments. Other than here. Read moreMy daughter pulled into this establishment today on her way to work. No one answered her at both the speakers. Once she pulled around the woman at the window had on her headset looks at us and puts her head down and continues to talk on the phone. Once she was done she opened the window and says “ how can I help you?” I responded with by asking her is something wrong with the speaker because we were sitting there saying hello and waiting to order. She then says “I was busy. Do you want to order or not?” I told her “you could’ve said please hold or sorry about the wait.” Then the older man came to the window angered and says “look she was busy are you going to go order or not?” I told him “no because I don’t like the way you treat your customers.” Then he closed the window and walked away. I told my daughter to pull around because I was going to go in. We were the only ones in the line no one in front of us and no one in back of us. I bought apple juice from there a couple months ago that was spoiled. I didn’t make a big deal. I called up there and warned them to get rid of that batch and told them my experience. Read moreI’ve been to Andy’s over 100 times and tried everything on the menu at least twice, here is my take.
Everything at Andy’s i would describe as “average”, but the 2 things that you must try/have are the maxwell polish or the biscuits and gravy.
The maxwell polish is one of the greatest things I have ever ate. When you order it they deep fry it for a couple seconds and believe me... it’s an incredible delicacy.
The biscuits and gravy I can’t put my finger on, but the texture and flavor is just perfect. You can order it anytime because they will make breakfast for lunch.
Everything else I could honestly live without, and that’s why I cannot give this place 5 stars. Nothing is bad but nothing is incredible, other than the 2 mentioned above.
