Don’t order from Harvey Sharks…you just might get your food stolen. Called to check on late DD order and the only things he said was, “we closed. “Owner was a bit rude. DD notification Said that the order was on the way 30 mins ago. Then it said it was still being prepared. I asked when the food was ready, and he said “It’s ready”. I asked how LONG was it ready? He said it just came out, but they don’t know if they have a driver. “Just wait a little bit”. Now the dasher is WAITING FOR THE ORDER when the guy said it was ready. And the app said it was ready 30 mins ago. If this food is cold and looks shabby, I will share pics with a description. Bad service.
Update…spoke to the Rx again. He said “yeah sometimes the DoorDash drivers take the food and eat it instead of deliver it”. I HOPE the food is hot.
Update #2: Spoke to the driver. Said he was 6 mins away. Never came. When we spoke to DoorDash customer support to complain, they called the driver and he said that the store was closed when he arrived. The restaurant lied. The driver lied. Read moreShark (not Sharks which is conveniently located down the street) is a restaurant I have been to several times as a customer and also as an Uber driver and I’ve had nothing but negative experiences at this restaurant.
They have decent customer service although my issue isn’t with how I was treated. It’s the overly excessive wait time for orders I have already called in. They also haven’t updated their menu so you WILL be charged a different price than what is posted!
They don’t offer refunds so if you’re unsatisfied then you will have to wait until the next morning to speak to “the manager” (he never seems to be there when I go) and the final nail in the coffin is that they had the audacity to try and charge me an extra 1$ just for mild sauce on my fries. Even though I was given a couple of containers with the sauce, I was extremely disappointed with their business and I will not be supporting this...

I guess they think that since it's in Harvey, they can talk to the customers any way they want and it should be acceptable. We tried to place an order over the phone and she was rude, then while my daughter tried to place her order, the girl stopped talking and just hung up on my daughter, then somehow she blocked my daughter's number so she couldn't call back.
