Offered no breakfast or any form of substitute.... There are security working all night at Elmhurst College and in the morning need something to eat, other than muffins and cinnamon rolls. The Courageous Bakery down the street wasn't any better with a menu which isn't suitable for all race of people and to not substitute the egg for something more favorable for the customers who do not eat eggs seems very disappointing and far from accommodating. The Elmhurst College security department is extremely racist. The management allow the dispatcher on the over night to sleep at the desk from 1am to nearly 6am and have over night security who are black walking the campus in below 50°F weather, when there are at least five vehicles parked and available for use. When over night security come inside to warm up from the 33°F temperature. The director terminates the whole crew of black employees for one individual sleeping and threatened to call the police because they wanted an explanation for such harsh treatment. If one person who's an adult is on camera appearing asleep why send everybody home. Also why the morning crew who's white get vehicles to drive around campus but the blacks has to walk around the campus in inhumane conditions. The directors response and attitude towards the situation was very unprofessional and didn't give those who were doing their best to meet the unrealistic expectations of the overnight duties which are completely different from the morning by race and treatment. Me n my fiancé decided to come in and check this place out we wud always see it but never go in...so today we decided to go in....aniyah our server/cashier was super sweet and friendly... the food was awesome i had the burger and fries fiance had the chicken and waffles both were really good and plated so pretty n neat....its quiet in here not lot of traffic which it shud be heavy traffic that whole restaurant is super clean well decorated and have such a warm inviting feel i really love all the art work n decor even have a room for big events n they cater even has a lil game room as well the prices here are very reasonable as well... definitely a hidden gem and great place to come ...

My name is katrina and I had a Horrible experience and I know the owner It took 20 minutes per plate, my mom and uncle didn't get there food until we was leaving, my cousin had to get a to go plate and we was there for three hours smh. the only thing that was okay was the bake mac& cheese. the staff had nasty ATTITUDES, a can of thot juice is $6.
