There is a problem that should be addressed with how Uber eats orders work. Our order took a hour and half before it let me cancel and I believe three Uber eats drivers stole food before canceling the order. It is not fair to the customer and the worker there. I rarely write any reviews and I honestly usually don’t care but this experience was genuinely horrible. Our Uber eats pick up was canceled so we placed a new one pick up order rather than delivery. My girlfriend entered to receive pick up and I can understand the manager being annoyed with the situation. If I was her I would be frustrated too. But she walked in and respectfully said this is a new pick up and the manager refused to give her the order because of the three others she gave it too. Even after she stated that it was a new pick up. I’m a supervisor at my job and I know customer service sucks, but things happen where it’s not the customers fault. It was extremely disrespectful how she handled the situation. I had to go in and I told her what she had stated and I personally feel as though maybe she only listened to me because I was a man. She apologized to me but it is genuiley hurtful how that manager handled the situation with my girlfriend. Just because she is young and timid doesn’t mean you can out right refuse service and be disrespectful. I will not be coming here and I recommend if you are reading this to not come here too. If you are the manager that was disrespectful to my girlfriend and are reading this I can understand your frustration but please try to be kinder in the...
Read moreOn Wednesday, August 25, 2022, I was Doordashing and was sent to this location to pick up an order to be delivered. I was told by the crew member who handed me the order once it was ready that I was all set to go, so I didn't check the order to see if I had everything, which I should have done. Unfortunately, it wasn't until I reached the customer to deliver her food that she told me that I was missing a pizza for her. I tried calling this store, but I was not able to reach them. So I drove back to the store and explained the situation to the team so they could make the pizza and so I could redeliver it to the customer. The girl working there who I talked to - she was very young and was probably in high school - offered me a free cheesy bread with a side of ranch for having to come back. I love cheesy bread with ranch! But not only that, she also put a chair in the lobby for me so I could eat the bread while they were making the pizza. I ate half of the cheesy bread while they did so. But it doesn't stop there. When she saw that I didn't have enough ranch to dip the whole bread, she gave me ANOTHER one. I didn't get her name, but she deserves a raise. This is some of the best customer service I've ever received at any establishment - and I'm not even a...
Read moreZerro Stars!! Two weeks ago, we called in an order and was told 45 minutes. We arrived with 5 minutes left and it was a Zoo!! No direction and guidance from the Invisible owner and manager (No surprise). The employees needed 2-3 more people to help. After being there for extra 20 minutes, one female took our names while the other female- maybe supervisor struggled with all orders- in person, online and walk ins. People canceled orders, walked out=Loss of customer service and profit!! A Sonic food delivery arrived after being there an extra 30 minutes, both females disappeared to eat. The lead female didn't have a good grasp of forecasting while telling everyone who walked in it'll be 10-15 minutes for their order. Not adding all previous orders length of time. Then the guys/cooks tried to smooth the operations, but the orders and customers kept coming. I left and clocked out at 80 minutes. The worst managed place for 2024. Owner needs to wake up, reorganize your management ways and restaff your team. Perhaps, add an Adult in the mix, but then you need to pay your quality staff. Be cheap, no training and this happens. Simply put, add some Emotional intelligence or sell to a capable Leader who will empower their team and...
