Iāve had consistently poor service in the afternoons at this location. As a regular who typically visits in the mornings, Iāve recently started coming in the evenings due to the holiday rush. Unfortunately, the service during this time has been disappointing.
On 12/27, I was served by two staff members, a woman with a short haircut with multiple piercings in her face and a light-skinned African American man; both of whom had unprofessional attitudes. The man rushed me while I was placing my order and intentionally made my drink incorrectly. When my wife politely requested to replace whipped cream with cold foam, the woman responded with an unnecessary, condescending āWhy?āāsomething no customer should have to deal with.
The following day, 12/28, I returned and encountered the same employees and instead of going through the drive-thru, I figured maybe itāll be better if I went inside. Upon seeing me, the man rolled his eyes in a way reminiscent of a teenager, which felt incredibly disrespectful. Itās clear thereās an issue with their customer service, and I doubt Iām the only one noticing this behavior. They are too old to have such bad attitudes, as Iām around the same age. Do better.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm often here before I head for work. I usually order a grande Black coffee with a cheese Danish or the spinach feta wrap and a brown sugar oat milk drink (forget the name).
The Danish is often handed to me not warmed up. The feta wrap is sticking to the paper. Not sure if they're too hot for the paper or what's the deal. They stick to the paper.
Worst part is I recently stopped ordering the black coffee after a scare. I ordered my coffee and left it on my cup holder to cool for at least 10 minutes. I tried to lift it up and the whole top and cup started collapsing. The piping hot coffee was dripping onto my hand. It was so hot (mind you I was driving) I had to drop the cup and more spill onto my leg. It was painful. Left my hand red and sore. I left a review through the Guest Survey and not a call/email from the Manager, which I find to be unprofessional. Staff, please be sure to put two cups onto the piping hot pours. This can really hurt someone.

I came in with a large order (10 drinks) for all the teachers at my school for Teacher Appreciation Week. As I was picking them up, I accidentally dropped 4 of them and made a huge mess. I was honestly mortified, but the staff could not have been kinder or more understanding. They immediately reassured me, refused to let me pay for the remade drinks, and even told me not to worry about cleaning anything up. Their kindness and professionalism truly meant so much to me in that moment. It turned what could have been a really stressful situation into something that reminded me how awesome people can be.
