I have no (ZERO) clue HOW they keep any bills payed at the newbury park CARL'S JR. #1 - I used to LOVE carl's but prices went way too high for the food they serve. #2- I have tried giving this 1 a chance to improve..BUT to no avail, THEY consistently GET WORSE .and the Only Reason i am taking the time to post this is ( tonight was the LAST time i will go there UNLESS the manager is fired..OR preferably they close and a different chain opens..like jack-n-box or even burger king. #3- tonight went to grab a couple burgers and a fry, there were 2 cars ahead of me..and 1 Person inside eating...the outside menu was dark..NO lights..so could not read anything..asked if they could turn lights on...and that CONFUSED them...( not sure if language was a barrier..or just CLUELESS ) so i ordered 2 big carls ( as did not know what else they had anymore) and a LG. Fry ( for my self and wife) ..again no lights so no clue what prices were either. now the FUN starts... ( remember 2 cars ahead of me..person inside left) line did not move for 10 (TEN) minutes ..( ok i thought..the lead car MUSTA' ORDERED for a Party) finally the window opens..out came 1 soda...and 1 bag ..( ONE ) that was end of the order..they drove off.... Now car in front of me is at window....15 MIN.MORE waiting..window opens 1 drink...1 bag ( ONE) they drove off....:( Now MY turn...window opens...she ask for $16.06 & had ATTITUDE- ..(.WHAT??..if anyone should have attitude it should be the customers) I asked how much fries were...no way 2 burgers and a fry could POSSIBLY be that much...( shocked because i could NOT see prices while ordering due to NO lights on menu turned on)....pretty miffed now..BUT i PAY her ( so far I have not said a WORD..want food handled right) ... i SET there after paying for ANOTHER 10 MINS. ( that is 35 minutes for 3 cars no inside people ordering) !!! after i got my food i then asked if people had called in SICK...her reply was "HOW would I KNOW".... i left....and NOW posting this..i do plan on contacting corporate office..so they know HOW their NAME is being represented...BTW...every time in the past year i go there there is NOT a SOLE there ( customer ) i am guessing due to SUCH HIGH prices....so, i have NO clue why they are not out of business... ( PERHAPS BREAKING BAD DRUG $$ laundering set up...and a good TAX LOSS write off ?) Bottom line STAY AWAY from this particular CARL'S ( surely they cant ALL be this bad) ...and help them go out of business QUICKLY / HUMANELY ...and not keep twitching /SUFFERING ..like they have been for the...
Read moreI don’t normally leave reviews but after being helped by Will at the Carl’s Jr in Newbury Park I felt like I absolutely had to From the moment I walked in Will set the tone with his warm greeting and genuine kindness He didn’t just take my order he made sure every detail was right asked if I needed anything else and checked back to make sure everything came out the way I wanted The level of attention he gave felt more like a fine dining restaurant than fast food and it honestly surprised me in the best way His energy made the whole place feel brighter, and it was clear he takes a lot of pride in his work what stood out most though was William’s professionalism and consistency He worked quickly but never rushed treated every customer around me with the same respect and still managed to keep a positive attitude even though the place was busy That kind of dedication is rare and it shows how much he cares about people not just the job In a world where great customer service can be hard to find Will goes above and beyond Carl’s Jr is lucky to have him and I know I’ll be coming back to this location specifically because of the way he makes the experience so enjoyable If I could give more than five...

One employee who truly made an impact was Mary. Her enthusiasm and professionalism turned my visit into a memorable experience.
