Power went out, we were told we had to leave because of Starbucks' cold, sterile corporate policy. I called support to complain, they told me they won't do anything about it. Go to Raggamuffin instead, they will let you finish your drink in the shop even if the power goes out.
Edit: To the "owner's" robo response: you are supposed to call me. That was what I was told after spending 90 mins on chat and phone.
