I have always enjoyed the food at your establishment, and it often serves as our comfort food. However, I had a disappointing experience with your customer service today. When I called to place an order, I needed assistance with ordering a specific dish, the name of which I couldn't remember. Unfortunately, the lady who answered the phone was not only unhelpful but also quite rude, telling me to call back because she was busy and when I remember the name of the dish.
It is disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially from a place we have consistently supported and enjoyed. I hope that, despite the high demand, customer service remains a priority, ensuring that all customers feel valued...

The order taker/cashier is pleasant, but if there is any charisma or positive vibe, they do a great job of hiding it. I ordered the Shrimp fried rice, a staple in my Asian food! The rice was either half cooked or half mixed with brown rice, as it was harder to chew on and the taste was not very good. It is like eating the bark on a tree (Termites must love this dish!) I also tried the Pepper Chicken. First off the chicken tasted really mediocre and it was not chicken - but Ground chicken. Really a bad taste and bad choice for Chinese...

I ordered this dish from several restaurants in Thousand Oaks and Westlake, and was disappointed. Until I tried Sesame Inn.
Not only did they provide very generous portions, but their beef noodle soup was the best in the Conejo Valley!
What would make it better is if they added some sliced carrots.
