Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Thousand Oaks

Do not order from this Subway. We went in ordered 3 subs which came to over $50.00. I was not given a receipt. Ordered #17 Philly was given #16 Buffalo Chicken. When asked for a refund when the manager came up he had a attitude asked how we paid I Saud by card. He was there about 20 minutes kept printing receipts. He said he had to go thru all the re it's before he could refund the money. He started arguing with us so I just told him I didn't have time to wait and left with no sandwich or my refund. Jersey Mike's is now what I consider "the old standby" i dont think I've ever had a terribly bad service at any of their stores and never had a sandwich i didnt like. Rosemary parmesan bread was a great add to the menu and well the staff are all pretty friendly. There isnt much else to be said, the commercials do it justice and it is rare that I dont walk out of one on a weekly basis.

Also stubborn root beer is fantastic! I cant drink it too much because its soda but if you are a root beer fan...

We stopped going to this location about a year ago after the owner repeatedly failed to address problems with missing Ingredients. It was not uncommon to order a sandwich with 4 ingredients and then get home and find two of them missing. We recently tried again, hoping things have maybe changed, and had the same issue within our first couple of orders. Attempts to contact the owner have so far been unsuccessful. We’ll spend our money somewhere else...
