HORRIBLY RUDE & UNWARRANTED TREATMENT FROM THE MANAGER/ASSISTANT WHO HARASSED ME WITH QUESTIONS REGARDING MY SODA CUP PURCHASE LOCATION AND TIME/DAY.....WHICH WASNT EVEN RELEVANT DUE TO THE FACT I HAD WALKED IN FROM OUTSIDE AFTER EATING MY BREAKFAST I PURCHASED VIA DRIVE THRU.....KEEP IN MIND I WALKED IN TO USE THE RESTROOM AND I WANTED TO THROW A COMPLETELY SEPARATE CUP WITH A FEW PIECES OF TRASH INSIDE OF THE CUP AWAY I HAD IN MY CAR. THERE WASN'T A TRASH CAN IN SIGHT...SO I ASKED THE CASHIER, EXCUSE ME MA'AM, WHERE ARE YOUR TRASH CANS? SHE DIDNT SAY A WORD JUST HELD HER HAND OUT TO TAKE MY TRASH, I SAID THANK YOU SO MUCH, HAVE A NICE DAY. I STARTED TO WALK TOWARDS THE RESTROOM AND THE MANAGER YELLS OUT, WHERE DID YOU BUY THAT CUP FROM? I SAID EXCUSE ME?? YOU DIDNT BUY THAT IN HERE? I SAID YES I MOST CERTAINLY DID, FROM THE DRIVE THRU ALMOST AN HOUR AGO. SHE PROCEEDS TO SAY WITH A LOOK OF DISGUST ON HER FACE, NO REFILLS WHEN YOU PURCHASE FROM THE DRIVE THRU.🤣I SAID REALLY, OK IVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT POLICY. SHE POINTS TO THE WINDOW AND SAYS WELL ITS OUR POLICY I SAID OK, WTF EVER AND I KEPT WALKING TO THE BATHROOM. AT THAT POINT MY ATTITUDE WAS FOUL BECAUSE 1 I HADN'T EVEN ATTEMPTED TO REFILL THE DRINK I HAD IN MY HAND AND 2 I NEEDED TO USE THE RESTROOM. ONCE DONE I TOLD THE MANAGER, YOU DO KNOW YOUR APPROACHING ME IN THE FIRST PLACE WHEN I HADN'T ATTEMPTED TP EVEN REFILL MY DRINK IS REALLY UNWARRANTED FOR 1 AND 2 YOUR APPROACH, BODY LANGUAGE AND ATTITUDE IS BEYOND RUDE AND AGRESSIVE. MY GOD I HADN'T EVEN TRIED TO REFILL MY DRINK, I HAVEN'T BEEN IN HERE FOR 10 YRS AND TRUST ME I WONT BE BACK. ITS NOT LIKE IM A HABITUAL SODA REFILLER lmao.....So I say alright, I'd like a large soda please and since you're making me pay for a refill I want a new cup, lid and straw..!!!! I purchased my refill/ technically MY NEW DRINK....filled it up & walked out .....now the dumb lady sends the same worker who didn't speak a word to me when asking about the trash cans ....out to the parking lot and as I'm backing out of the parking spot explaining to my 10 year what had just occurred, I noticed the worker is taking photos or a video of my son and I and is focused on my car and license plate!!!!!!!!😂😂👍🖕🖕🖕🖕🤣💥😠😡😠😡ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME?????? WTF IS WRONG WITH THIS WOMAN....???? I HADN'T BROKEN ANY RULES, POLICIES NOR LAWS.....I PAID FOR MY FOOD AND FOR MY REFILL...OH WAIT...EXCUSE ME ... Read moreThe service at this McDonalds is garbage. I purchased a delux breakfast and two large frappes for me and my sister. Please see my receipt . One of the drinks dropped and i asked the manager Anna Tamayo (black hair Latina lady) for a replacement. She got upset and claimed they ran out of frappes. She then tried to claim that I didn’t buy it like I was trying to scam her out of a $6 drink. After showing my receipt and the broken cup, with the coffee spilled everywhere, she tried to replace it with a small orange juice. I said no, give me a large I paid about $6 for that drink. This manager began to yell at me saying she doesn't have to give me anything. She called me a clown in front of everyone. All of this disrespect over a drink replacement request. Then she called the police saying she feels threatened and don't want me in the restaurant anymore. After all this uncalled for disrespect I said no let’s return our entire purchase and get a full refund. We will not patronize a company whose supervisor acts foolishly and treats us this way. We returned for our refund and the police was there. They went inside and got our refund for us. The police said why come here anyway, the service isn't great and the food isn't great either. He said (Chick FilA ) has better breakfast options like their breakfast burritos which is so good. and their service is great their motto is to turn a negative experience into a positive one. This lady is rude and weird. It was no reason to cause a scene and call the police on a customer asking for a drink replacement. We've lived here over 25yrs and has never had poor service until this woman started working here. We will never spend a dime at this place again. This happened today 9/6/25 around...

I called a couple times. went back today with my receipt asked for a manager told the lady what happened she immediately started shaking her head and didn't believe me she said I'll take care of it finally I went to my car checked my food and it was cold again I didn't even return I just thought to myself that's why they work here they don't really care but I won't be back the manager was super rude also., OK went back today and asked for A hot meal the guy asked if I want it made fresh I said yes sure. I when I got my meal a double cheese burger and small fry it was the best I ever had from McDonald's ever why don't they make all food to order and serve good food instead of cold horrible stale food like you normally get maybe you should rethink your business and actually make good food fresh you might double your business but let me tell you the burger I had today was good hot and juicy not dried out like everyone I've had for the last 20 years so my advice is maybe you should start making fresh food instead...
