I wish I could say that my experiences with Chick-fil-A have improved, but unfortunately, it's been a consistent disappointment. This marks the third time they've made mistakes with my orders, and I'm at my wit's end.
My most recent visit left me with a salad that was missing the dressing and sauce. It's disheartening to receive a meal that's essentially incomplete. Prior to this, they've also managed to mix up my order, serving me the wrong type of chicken. I ordered a spicy grilled chicken sandwich and received something entirely different.
What's most frustrating is that Chick-fil-A is known for its efficient service, so these recurring errors are baffling. It's not just a simple mix-up; it's a pattern of carelessness that's affecting my dining experience.
As a loyal customer, I expect accuracy and quality from a well-established chain like Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been a far cry from that. Read moreI showed up last night at your Chick-fil-A location at 10:02 PM. One of your employees, a young man who was doing clean up work outside the restaurant, politely let me know that the restaurant had just closed. I was obviously disappointed.
Then he did something that I have NEVER seen a restaurant employee bother to do: He asked me what I had intended to order... I said I was just looking to order a Diet Coke to drink this time. He quickly disappeared inside and reappeared a minute later with a Diet Coke, which he handed to me and told me to have a nice evening. I thanked him profusely, and tried to pay him, but he very kindly told me to keep my money! Read moreCame for a free breakfast sandwich advertised on Facebook. The ad said to share the ad and tag 1 friend you would like to bring with you. Because of this I thought maybe they would want to see this post when we ordered as an indicator that we were eligible for the free sandwiches. Anyway when I asked the employee on the register if I needed to show her the post she gave me a dirty look like I was dumb and said no in a rude tone of voice. They are doing the free breakfast sandwiches for the week (5 days) and this was on Monday.
