I went for the first time on my 32nd birthday and had the most amazing experience. The atmosphere was perfect—not crowded, not loud, and the lighting was just right. I ordered a flight of iced coffees, which was so fun to try, and even though they were easy to share I wanted to keep them all to myself.
For food, I had the pumpkin French toast and an asiago everything bagel. It was honestly the best breakfast I’ve had in a long time, and that bagel might be the best I’ve ever eaten. It was soft, cheesy, and reminded me of a garlic knot in the best way.
The service made the visit even better. The servers were so kind and attentive, and they surprised me with a complimentary slice of cake for my birthday. It felt really special.

Possibly the best omelette I have ever had. The South of the Border - stars of the show were the pickled peppers and camelized onions. Eggs were cooked perfectly. It fed my soul. Likewise, my wife thoroughly enjoyed her wake up Quesadilla - perfectly balanced sriracha mayo, again the Pickled peppers, and the sausage were amazing.
And in addition, the staff were on it - attentive, helpful, and friendly. Wow, sooo good. Left feeling satisfied and not bloated.
UPDATE: We ended up being sort-of in the area and decided to drive another hour and get a hotel JUST so we could have breakfast there. They did not disappoint! Every bit as good as the...
