Santos Bakery — Restaurant in Tieton

We two visited Tieton and spotted Santos Bakery, so decided to get a pastry to go with our picnic lunch. This review is about our experience purchasing and devouring those pastries.

FOOD: 5.0. We both chose the same eclair-shaped Mexican pastry (new to us) that has a banana-custard filling. Outstanding. The banana taste was subtle - just right. Thankfully not too sweet - perfect. Texture - luscious. Heavenly!

SERVICE: 5.0. A baker was bringing out pastries when we were there, and kindly and warmly answered our questions about...

I was told by a friend that I needed to give this place a try. He said that Jalapeno rolls were amazing. Now, all I can think about is JALAPENO ROLLS! Imagine a french roll with jalapenos and cream cheese inside.....It's amazing! If you get one of these bad boys fresh in the morning, you're bound to have a great day! This place also has a nice assortment of basic groceries and lots of hispanic spices/sauces. It's a great option...

They get a 5 star rating from us, simply because A. Their pan dulce is heavenly! Soft and warm, freshly baked, not stale B. The woman who was working the register was so kinda d had such a warm smile.
