Dropping to 1 star because Google won't let me give ZERO (8/26/21). Seriously, if your employees aren't trained AT ALL maybe it's better to just keep your doors closed. Answering the phone with literally the first words spoken "sir we don't have your fried white cheddar bites", how about "Thanks for calling Zaxbys, how may I help you?". Funny, the car beside me called in and how does Zaxby's employee answer? "Hello?..". This is a business not yo cell phone....

Extra appreciation to those who gave me half my order and let it sit in my car for 20 min getting cold while I waited for the 5 chicken tenders you left out. Seriously, just 5 fingers... how long could it take for you to get that to the guy who placed the order 30 min ago... yall gotta get your stuff in order.

I'm giving this a 2 star cause I've been coming to zaxby's for the last 7 yrs and the food has become gross. 90% of the time the fries are always stale or over seasoned with season salt. We stopped going to the one across town by sonic cause they can never get orders right no matter how many times you explain how you want the meal made and now we are ready to just stop going to the other one cause AGAIN 90% of the time the fries are stale or cold or over seasoned to where we won't even eat the fries just the chicken or occasionally just the chicken when the bread is to salty or fries are not good what so ever. Zaxby's used to be damn good but now it's just not worth the wait in line or the money spent. It's bad when you bite in to stale or cold fries and you spit them out because how bad it is. SO… first off I ordered a great 8 wing meal with the sauce on the side They FORGET to put my sauce in the box and I had to eat basically chicken nuggets, I ordered a unsweet tea, drunk the entire thing and everyone knows when the drink is gone you eat the ice as soon as I open my cup I see 2 NOT ONE BUT 2 dead fruit flys on the side of the inside of my cup, absolutely disgusting, makes me wonder if I had drank any, and on top of that the employees here are very disrespectful and rude! I will be filling a complaint with the health...
