service was good food was good atmosphere was good it was real good.. we are on our way to Alaska broke down on Interstate 74 Carnaghi Towing , towed us to the garage.. needless to say it was on Friday at 5 o'clock, when we made the call that we needed help.. let me tell you these people are totally awesome.. we ended up having to stay there until about 5 or 6 on Monday.. so needless to say we ate there several times.. it was great... we had no choice but to stay because we needed to get our RV fixed..Carnaghi hooked us up to their electric.. gave us there personal phone numbers in case we needed anything.. and left us a truck 2dr just in case we needed anything.... Read moreI went here because of all the positive reviews, but after trying the food, I can't understand why the reviews are mostly positive. The food isn't terrible, so much as it's mediocre. I will take a moment to say the young lady who served me was worthy of praise. She was patient with me, and I can truthfully say I probably tried her patience. I gave her a good tip and don't regret doing so. She earned it. But the food? Meh. I won't be back. It's nothing special. The fries were bland, and the onion rings were your typical frozen boxed fare. The chili dogs were basic hot dogs covered in bland canned chili, and the burger was, again, bland. The flavored iced tea was the best of the meal, and it was fairly average. Definitely not worth what I paid...
Read moreLiterally a '50's diner that is still doing it the way they did it back in the '50's with carhops and everything. Best smashburgers around, way better than the "other" places and amazingly good chili. The burgers are bigger than other smashburgers and you will barely be able to finish a double with a couple of sides. And they have held the line on prices while other places have let their prices edge up. The lunch rush is a madhouse so try to catch it an hour early or an hour later. Hope they keep the place...
