Green Jade Chinese — Restaurant in Tilton

okay, I usually do not write reviews, but this time I think I was so angry, I thought I will!!

I heard this place is the best of few other places in this town. Anyway I always get singapore nooodles and always liked it, and I never liked their fried rice.just because they are not good. After a long break I thought I will try it again and I was very disappointed!!! When I called I asked for Chicken and Pork Fried rice, because he was not patient enough to tell me how much house fried cost. When I asked again for the price he is said it is 8 bucks, even I knew it was little overpriced, i said "okay"!! I got there in few mins and food was ready, he said it is $8.60 w/ taxes, okay..whatever... give me some food at this point. I was reading the menu while he was swiping my card, The house fried rice which has all kind of meats cost 40 cents less than my thing, also pork and chicken cost the least on the menu!! At this time he goes and check on the food and tell me it was made wrong I mean, It was all chicken and no pork, being it was close to their end hours and i was really hungry I tell him that it was okay and the cook doesn't have to remake the thing... Then I ask him if it is jus the chicken fried rice, shouldn't it cost much less, like 6.50+tax???He replies that there is more chicken in this and that usually cost 2 bucks extra!!! yeah.. I came home and when I checked it had the exact same amount of chicken no less or no more... SO BASICALLY GREEN JADE LOST A CUSTOMER!!!!! yeah btw THANKS FOR THE HOT OIL!!!!! Was having a procedure done at the VA. Was told that I'd be out in five minutes, so I had my girlfriend order. Said it would take 25 minutes. Long story short, there ended up being complications and I had her call to cancel or move the order less than ten minutes later. She tried to let them know of the situation, but the man on the phone essentially told her that it's not his fault and the only thing they could do is put the food under a lamp. He was rude, cutting her off several times.

Don't get me wrong, I understand part of it was on us, but their response to a medical issue was, "Don't care, we already got our money." I went in, 90 minutes later, in an attempt to talk to anyone else. The girl working the front had no idea what the situation was, and seemingly didn't care to the point that she was more worried about making sure I wasn't trying to scam her out of nearly two hour old food. Definitely won't...

Kinda disappointing but I've had worse Chinese.The beef with Chinese vegetables was mostly cabbage and onions with hardly any beef or other veggies. The spring rolls were old tasting. And the poor crab Rangoons were burnt and flat. Fried rice was dry and pretty flavorless. The general tso's chicken was pretty tasty thankfully. But for the price I was hoping for more.
