Hardee's — Restaurant in Tipton

I went to Hardee's with me mother, father, and sister. My mother and sister ordered the six piece chicken strip. After we ordered it took about 20 minutes before any of our food even got to the table and only about 2 other people were there. When my mother and sister opened the boxes for the chicken strip they looked at it and it was way over fried so we told the waiter so the made a new batch and they gave us a free large fries but again, it was burnt so we ate fries and my father's and mine meals but not the other members of the families. I would not recommend that you eat there because of bad food and unreliable customer...

It was the worst ever. Had 3 0r 4 cars ahead of me at the drive through. It was probably a 10 minute wait, and the car in front of me got tired of waiting and left. When I pulled up to put in my order, they asked if I would hold on for a second, which was another 2 or 3 minutes. When I got up to pay, my pop was ready, but had to wait on my food. Got a #11,got ham & cheese & fries. They were warm. By the time I got half way through my fries they were cold, and so was my sandwich. Never again, and no one even sorry...

The food was fresh and came to the table fast enough, but the service was lacking. Was told that they were out of roast beef due to being “short staffed”. Where’s the correlation there? There were also two kids running around the lobby unattended and taking up a lot of space. To top it all off, the parking lot was small and the lobby closed at 8:40, which seems like an odd time to me.

One compliment, though, is that the restaurant was fairly clean, as far as fast...
