Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Titusville

Ordered 3 pizzas and 2 things of bread bites and got home and my kid eats one of the bread bites and shows me there is plastics melted to the bread bites. (Pics attached) I take them back and they say sorry but that’s it. You would think you melt plastics to my food and my kid almost eats it you would be offered something. Beware it may not be noticed that plastics is being melted to your food and almost looks like melted cheese and you spend the time and gas money to drive back up there and as they sit in the back saying to each other that is really plastic wow and I also found out getting the new order they forgot the sauce for the first one. I would have thought I would have gotten some of or all of my money back or maybe a free pizza. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen if I would have given this to my 3 year old and not my 15 year old and he would have chocked or swallowed this dominos would have been in for it and again all you got was a wow sorry. Adding to this review. The review was made a month or more ago and no one even commented from there corporate. You made something that could have choked my kid. I know if my company I work for gets a complaint they are instantly addressing it but this corporation obviously does not care about someone’s food being cooked with plastic. Came in for carryout on a Wednesday. Nobody else waiting on pizza. So when I first step in, I heard a call greeting of "Welcome to Domino's" from one or two employees. Now out of the 7 workers in my line of sight, 3 are working on making pizzas, one is sweeping, one is coming out from the freezer, and one - I kid you not - is standing there staring with an attitude like look on her face. Made for an awkward moment. Is there something she could be doing to help fill something or clean?

Had to wait a minute for someone working on pizza to step over and check me out and let me know order would be out. Everyone is moving around doing something except this one delivery girl. She's just standing with airpods in her ear. She finally got some orders and boxed them up and left. I've just always been taught if you're in eyesight of customers, you need to be doing something.

Food came out nice and hot and...

I walked in to get my pizza and a girl who was kneading the dough stopped what she was doing, wiped her hands on her apron and pants and came to ring me up. After, I went to sit down to wait for my pizzas. She immediately went back to kneading the pizza without washing her hands. Gross. Ok maybe it was an absent minded mistake? We are all human. The next guest came in and she did the same. Only at this point she pulled out and checked her phone before touching the pizza dough again. At this point I approached her and asked if they wash their hands between tasks. She said they do. I then told her what i witnessed. She said " i was only kneading dough". I told her that it is basic food safety. Only then she reluctantly went and washed her hands.... I get it. Its a fast food pizza place. But she was front and center in the front of the store. With no mind for who was watching. They need a food...
