UPDATE. 05/13/2019
After our last visit and updated review I was called by the Hugo the Store Manager. He showed true concern for our bad experience and offered a replacement pizza and said he will be dealing with the bad customer service I received when I called in. So tonight we got our remedy pizza. It was good and properly made.

UPDATE 04/26/2019
We gave a 2nd chance tonight and they failed immensely.
We ordered a bacon wrapped deep dish. We got a greasy blob of dough and most of the bacon was missing. I tried to call for a hour. We gave up through the pizza in the trash and got burgers from Wendy's. I finally got ahold of the manager who told me she wouldn't do anything for me if I didn't go dig it out of the dumpster and bring it back. I offered to show her the pictures I took but she didn't want to see those. So I promised her I'd share them here with you and the corporate office and she just got sassy. This will be our last time here until they change management and properly train the staff to make a proper pizza. As well as show customers respect and accept and correct criticism.
We paid for extra ingredients but didn't receive them. The staff need to work on their skills in all aspects of their jobs. The pizza was ok and we'll give this location another try but if things aren't better it'll be Digiorno...

Tobin helped me tonight, and wow. He only works on the weekends? I will be doing my business during the weekends only. He went above and beyond and chatted throughout the wait. Very friendly, and this is who you want speaking with the public. I only submit 5 star reviews because many only do Google reviews for negative experiences. He has been there since December? I wish I had known... Tobin, keep up the great work! Keep doing what you are doing, and you will grow within the company.
This location is getting better. A year ago this location needed major help.... It has improved. I know they are always trying and they do put the customer first in store. The biggest issue they have is staffing. I was put on hold for 13 min. After waiting for 13 min I drove there with the phone still on hold to find 1 person working. The woman was trying her best to handle phones and lobby customers... and making the orders. I waited another 15 min for our order just because someone there did care. Even with the issues it has had I'm still giving a 5 star because the team that does show up to work, actually works. Great job...
Read moreI don't normally write many reviews but I felt this one needed to be written. I went into the store to redeem my free pizza from a previous error of my pizza. I ordered 2 bags of bread sticks. Right after I left my boyfriend opens one of the bags and starts to eat a bread stick, next thing I know he is taking the food out of his mouth because something was in it. It was long white straw looking things. I immediately turned around and went back to the store and at this point I'm mad I go in demand the manager and showed her this stuff and she's like oh that's from the butter brush. Never once did she apologize. I picked up the pieces and tossed it on the counter towards her and then hell broke out. She started yelling at me telling me I just threw that at her, she's not fixing my order, she'll refund me and telling me to get out of the store. She was also doing this in front of a customer. Of course I was yelling back at her and told her I was calling corp. She refused to tell me her name and the employees had to come tell her to stop. She was out of control. She's the manager with the purple/pink in her hair.
