Rearview Coffee — Restaurant in Titusville

Previously, I had a written an enthusiastic 5 star review. Unfortunately I recently had an experience that was disappointing. I had some family visiting and I rented and raved about this place. We ordered some breakfast sandwiches for take out. I told them how great the breakfast sandwiches are, but that you have to order them well done or else they give you soft English muffins (English muffins are supposed to be crispy!). We ordered all our sandwiches with well done English muffins, and I sent my cousin to go pick them up. We were all extremely disappointed with our soggy barely cooked English muffins. When I called to complain, the girl who took my order referred me to the manager. He said she never specified the English muffin should be well done ... Very surprising because I continually repeated this request to her. Then on top of it all, he told me that they can't really make the english muffins crisp. It was clearly alive because I've been ordering here for months and I always get it this way. The manager seems like he was "butt hurt" and "sulky". He offered that we drive all the way back and get them redone even though he said he really can't do it that way. So we suffered with our soggy English muffins. That's just not right. The only other place I know that does this...

My office ordered lunch from rearview coffee to day and we're really pleased with the quality and size of portions. 3 of us ordered salads with grilled chicken and for $9 it was a really big salad with a variety of fresh vegetables. My other to coworkers ordered sandwiches and said they were delicious! They especially enjoyed the freshly fried potato chips that came as the side item. Each item on the menu was less than $10 per entree and considering the size of the portions we felt that was a really good value. We called the order in and it was ready on time. What was an even better indicator of how good the food and service is was that when I arrived to pick up our order the place was packed! This staff was friendly and courteous and thanked me for the business. I will definitely order from them again and look forward to trying their breakfast entrees. Also really happy to see that their coffee is purchased from a local coffee roaster. Pier 13 coffee...

Second time going to this restaurant/ cafe, has a very inviting warm feeling walking through the door. First walking into the door you're introduced to lovely smells of fresh coffee and food. Cashiers were direct and quick paced.. That's all right with me if I wasn't so new to this place and knew the menu better to be quicker speaking. One of the biggest downfalls or complaints I have to say is that both times I have gone to this Cafe it has taken quite some time for a bacon egg cheese sandwich. To be fair, the first time checking this place out it took 10 mins for my order with one or two orders in front of mine and the second time with one person in front of me it took 19 mins for a bacon egg cheese on croissant sandwich. I'm not sure if it's wiser to use the drive-thru or go inside but the only complaint so far I have is how long it takes to go from paying then till you...
