Wild Ocean Seafood Market & Restaurant Titusville, FL- 4 Stars Growing up in Paradise (Florida's Space Coast), one of two things will occur. You will either love fresh seafood or not. I happen to be of the first order and as such was looking forward to my jaunt up the coast to Titusville as the name winking at me from my random name generator was Wild Ocean Seafood Market & Restaurant. Once inside the place, I almost had to step back out. It was certainly a fish market as the aroma of the Ocean's bounty permeated every molecule in the place. Honestly, it was worse than a Saturday night on Deleon Ave. Thankfully, they do offer online ordering and I did partake of that option before heading on up. This saved me a lot of time dealing with the odors. I'm not complaining, I get it's a fish market, but I did find it a bit overpowering. I placed an order for a tuna melt and some fish tacos online and they were packaged, hot and waiting upon my arrival. Kudos! I was surprised to come to the conclusion that the tuna in the tuna melt was straight out of a can, not the Atlantic, however; it was prepared properly and offered abundant flavor to my palate. The French Fries were amazingly outstanding. Fried to a delectable golden brown offering just the right crunch and warm softness inside...I could eat these all day. While the fish taco was made with blacked fish out of the case, it was nothing to get excited about. Yes, it was fresh, tasty and properly prepared, albeit plain. The accompanying coleslaw was exactly like every other coleslaw from a food service truck. It wasn't bad, it was fine, just nothing new. Unless you love dead fish smells, this place is for ordering online and dining outside. The Big Boy says, “For some tasty grub from the sea and the best fries on the coast, stop in Wild Ocean Seafood Market & Restaurant and enjoy!” #bigboydiningout #bigboy

A little bit unusual place to eat. It's actually a rather Big Fish Market with a small gift shop and a place to eat. In the restaurant along with a menu you can order from they have the feature where you can go to the fish market buy anything you want and they will prepare it for you. As I recall it was about $4 per pound to cook for you and bring it out to your table in a big platter. All different kinds of fish crustaceans, crabs and even gator. The building has the look of a defunct department department store converted to Warehouse/ Restaurant. Be prepared it does have the smell of a fish market when you first walk in but after a while I got used to it and totally forgot about it. Prices are moderate. I wouldrecommend going to at least once for the experience and the choices. Next time I'm in the area I'll probably go back and try something more exotic.

The eatery here serves the most underrated food in Titusville. I’m a big fan of the fried shrimp, blackened fish of the day (always fresh and high quality), hush puppies and their fries are some of the best around. Reasonably priced, consistent, typically fast service and friendly staff. Worth mentioning that the fish market is also great and a welcome source of locally caught seafood. They also have everything you need to cook and eat your seafood including high quality specialty utensils and a decent variety of spices and other ingredients.

One of those great little finds that make up for all the time that you never knew that it was there.!!! ... One of the very few true Fresh Fish market with all local catches and the best part, the other half is a restaurant that serves what they catch (and if you don't aee what you want on the menu, they'll cook up what they sell off the ice, so you you really know that everything there is super fresh.!!!) We ordered the Creamy Crab soup, the Crab Croquettes, the Tuna Melt sandwhich, and the Garlic Shrimp and Grits.!!! Service was quick, super friendly and helpful staff full of knowledge about everything that sell and serve in house (including homemade ice cream).!!! When everything came to our table, the small reached us first, and it was impeccably seasoned properly, the presentation was simple and yet still presented the entree to showcase just how good it looked.!!! The taste... "WoW" both of us are home chefs and we were highly impressed and our palates were truly satiated with every bite, from the smooth and creamy grits under the lightly buttered grilled shrimp tossed with fresh garlic, the hushpuppies were lightly fried and still fresh pretzel soft and warm, the creamy crab soup was exactly that, super delicious and lightly seasoned to highlight the taste of the crab meat, the tuna Melt was grilled to a golden buttery brown perfection while still keeping the cool taste of the tuna as it should be served and the crab croquettes were the best we've ever had anywhere in FL, lightly fried in panko crumbs and seasoning, seeves with a lightly seasoned tartar sauce that is truly thier own design and flavorful.!!! ... This is one place out of only a few that we will highly recommend to anyone looking for a simple no frills seafood lunch or dinner (grip-hub will even deliver from here) and then shop for more fresh catch to take home and enjoy (they have a small market inside that also included everything needed to prep your fish ans compliment it with thier selection of local beer).!!! ... Don't pass this place up, come in and look at everything, enjoy a local beer with your fish dish and enjoy the sweet sugar free home made ice cream on the way home.!!! ... We will be...

This place is the "real deal" when it comes to fish. All the food I've ever ordered from here was delicious. The Caesar salad was amazing and the soup and fish meal were extraordinary. It's kind of confusing the way this restaurant runs. They have a standard menu of available dishes, but you don't know what kind of fish you're getting until the day of. So all of the items on the menu are always available, but you have to either call ahead or walk in to find out what TYPE of fish you can choose from. Kind of hard to explain. This is both a fish market and a restaurant. You can get fish stock here!!! Yay! They have a few tables if you want to sit down and eat. The food is slightly pricey compared to other local restaurants, but when I say that I'm not complaining at all because you can't find this type of quality anywhere around here. They also have a small section with sauces and breadings and other extras you might want with your fish meal. Very friendly customer service....
