This place has been on my radar for a while. Trusting the good reviews, I took my family for lunch on a Saturday. As it is touted as fine dining, I expected it would be on the pricey side. What I didn't expect was how unsatisfactory the experience would be. It actually shocked me. We had a meatballs app ($16), skirt steak ($31), snapper ($30) and salmon ($22). Every single item could be rated in a range between average and poor. My father joked that the only good thing of his meal was the Coke he drank. Not that there were many options. The thirst quenchers were oddly limited for a bodega. Wine by the glass? Only three options. Still or sparkling water? Only one brand! The service wasn't good either, ranging from lukewarm to indifferent (and we were the only customers). When my father, quite jovially, told the waitress his white rice was burnt, she ignored the comment and went on to ask if we would have dessert. For us, this wasn't a fine dining experience in any way,...

This place saved the day! After 6 nights in the San Juan area and eating at many well known restaurants I was about to give up, but fortunately I found this place off the beaten path and I finally was able to get a meal I felt happy about. After paying high prices for very average food the last few days, I found superb food for a reasonable price. They even had some of my favorite Belgian beers which is not very common in this hemisphere. My daughter had the Shrimp Mac & Cheese and I ordered the short ribs dish with risotto but they didn’t have short ribs so they offered ossobuco which was amazing. We came a little early and on a rainy Tuesday, so there were not many people there, but it seems the place has a good atmosphere and the walls are full of varied liquor bottles. I would not hesitate to visit this place again if I’m in the...

Very good food, i ordered fried fish 🐟 was really good, but they tricked me, the menu says $14 for fried fish but then i paid $51 for the fried fish and they ask you if you want sides which is will cost you even more. Great food, nice atmosphere but paid about $40 more then we were expecting. Garlic mushrooms were soo good- not enough pita.

A neighborhood restaurant where you can relax enjoying your meal. Loved the chulekan. Their churrascos were flavorful but the kitchen had trouble getting the term correct. Their side dishes were plentiful. The manchego flan dessert is pricey. Parking on- or across the street. Reservations advised.

Excellent service everything is delicious. Wings, stuffed dates, pumpkin soup great appetizers. Empanadas appetizers are full size and full of flavor. Arroz de la casa was excellent .Churrasco is a thicker beef cooked to perfection, a variety of fresh fish Best tostones de Pana we ever had!
