Burger King — Restaurant in Tobyhanna Township

Came through for breakfast. Had the unfortunate pleasure of being "helped" by one of the most miserable people I've ever met in PA. People like this are why I don't vacation in NJ. Handed out drink and coffee, slams the door shut before I can ask for straw and mixer, might as well have thrown the bag into my car because she couldn't get that window closed fast enough. When I checked inside the bag for straw and stirrer there was not any present so I gave a quick beep, she stared at me, I quick beeped again, she gave me a nasty little eye roll when I inconvenienced her for a straw and a mixer for my coffee. She had the nerve to open the window and tell me to pull forward while I was mixing my coffee since 2 sugars was too difficult to be done inside even though there weren't cars behind me saying they are being timed from a sensor in the ground... I put an extra 45 seconds on that sensor while I mixed my coffee....

Very unprofessional!!!! It’s sad that the workers are being treated as if they are not humans. I witnessed, someone talking to an employee , later identified as the manager Margret, talking to her employee as if they are not human. How do you be little your worker infront customers. There is a way to give an order without belittling someone. How can you just say get the broom and start sweeping now. First of all, I can not understand how this person became a manager. You have to have good customer service skills as well as leadership qualities to become a manager. Bad enough she looks mean in the face but to give off such a bad demeanor demanding someone to follow her orders in an unprofessional way, is beyond me. The food was great, but the way she treated her employee was very unprofessional, especially Infront customers. Maybe she should fine peace within herself, and keep her personal life away...

I placed an order in the drive thru and they got 2 of my sandwiches wrong. (This being after the girl spilled a drink and then didnt return my debit card, and had to scream at me to back-up and get my card.)My son sucked it up and took the tomatoes off his food. I couldn't take of the mayo on mine due to an allergy. I went back in to the restaurant and asked them to remake my food, as requested with only ketchup and onion. I waited a couple minutes, got my sandwich, and walked to my car. I should have known to check before I walked away from the store..they put only pickles and onions.
