Sweet Cravings — Restaurant in Tunkhannock Township

Me and my family come here every summer almost every week of summer and eat here and get ice cream. We usually never have a problem until today, we came to get food because we were craving the mozzarella sticks. So we come and we order our food, we got our mozzarella sticks and we also decided to order their killer fries. The fries came out before the mozzarella sticks and they told us that the sticks will be out shortly because the sauce was being heated up. We looked at the fries and the bacon was raw and cold. The fries were soggy we asked for them to be redone. We got them redone and everything fresh and cooked but the worker that gave it to us slammed the window and didn’t even ask if we wanted napkins. The ice cream is very good and I had no issue before but for some reason the 3 girls doing the ice cream on June 19th at around 9:50-10:00 were extremely rude. We thought they closed at 11, but they closed at 10 and we did come around 6 minutes before closing, and I do understand if they were not able or wanted to accommodate us. The issue is I honestly would have much rather been told I’m sorry but we are closing up for the night than to get the service we just did. I also witnessed one of the girls take the soft serve vanilla ice cream in her bare hands and through it in the blender for the person before me’s milkshake because it was leaking off the side. Rude staff of young ladies that behaved as though they were being bothered to wait while I decide what I wanted. I don't get why people who clearly do not enjoy customer service, enter into a job that requires you to interact with customers! Ditch the nasty and impatient attitude, ladies. I won't go back for Turkey Hill ice cream and a nasty expression and annoyed tone by people who also can't bother to freshen up and look presentable and run a brush through their hair. Do not work around FOOD looking like you roll around in a pile of hay....
