Burger King — Restaurant in Toledo

Went through the drive thru yesterday and when I got to the window the girls working were laughing and not paying attention to what they were supposed to be doing - 1 they gave me the wrong order and had charged me for someone else's order - 2 I say this isn't my order and I say I ordered onion rings not fries and reach in the bag and hand the girl my fries which I then watched as she put those fries back in with the other fries to go on to another customer ( ugh after I had handled them ) 3 them hands me my order and I say I just paid for that other order was mine the same price - the girl acted surprised that I questioned it then said there was probably a 18 cent difference and did I want that and I said yes of course - 4 then when she handed me the money she was laughing to the other girl and made a remark about the money them says I have my order so I go to drive off when I discover that I didn't get my drink -5 so when I go in to get my drink I tell the girl what happened about everything and she acted like it was no big deal even after I tell her I saw the girl put fries I had touched back with the others - 6 I was thinking about what happened all the way home so I call to get a regional manager number when I called the location to get it the girl who on the phone wouldn't give me a number and said she was a manager and that the fries were thrown out which was a lie so I just ended up hanging up on her - I definitely will not be going back to this location and am reporting what I saw to the...

Got to burger King got in drive through line because doors were locked . And I saw two people inside doing nothing but standing around . So I know there were open . It was 8: 45 when I got in line with 4 other cars . After 10 minutes the car ahead of me pulled out of line and left . So I pulled to the order speaker . Sat there another 10 minutes as other cars started to leave . No one asked for my order yet . I beeped my horn. No response. Other cars started beeping also as the left . So I pulled around and looked in drive through window . Two people standing around doing nothing . I beeped my horn for 30 seconds . The people working inside had their backs to the window . Would not even acknowledge we were there . I called and got a woman on the phone . I asked her what was going on there . She immediately got upset and started yelling at me , asking my name and yelling at me and said that I need to respect her . I told her she needed to show respect to her customers . But I don't think she heard me . Because she was to busy screaming over the phone at me . Lol . If they hate their jobs , they...

I stopped after work to grab a quick dinner. At fiirst I heard "welcome to Burger King" then a mumble after that. I then began to say "Hello" and was cut off my an employee rudely saying "I said hold on a minute" I blew it off at first. However as I was placing my order, I was cut off again before I finished and was just told "yea ok, I'll have the total at the window" When I got to the window, the employee didn't greet me, just yelled a total and held their hand out. The last straw was once I received my food, I at least said "Thank You" but all the employee said to me was "yep". Someone may have to re-train this employee on what customer service is.

I recently thought I'd give them a second chance. Today the service was slightly better, but the spicy chicken sandwich was the worst sandwich I have ever had. You couldn't even chew through the chicken. It was disgusting. A waste of an at least $3 for the cost of the meal....
