KFC — Restaurant in Toledo

Pretty fast but they are the busiest on Sundays after church lets out. I was waited on by a gentleman named Akilla (I think was the name on his name tag. Please forgive me if I'm wrong: ). He was very professional and courteous. He gave me my cup to fill at the drink fountain and before I could turn around from the register he had already come out to the lobby and beat me to the fountain to clean it up for me. He mentioned that it got quite messy after the last rush and he apologized for it. He stacked the lids and picked up the straw wrappers and made sure I had the proper lid for my drink, which he had yet to restock. Even though the people in the back (the guy at the Drive-thru window and the ladies packing the food) were all a bit frustrated from the crazy rush and rude customers, Akilla (sp?) kept his cool and seemed to maintain the order of the kitchen by ensuring that the orders were correct and out to the guests in a decent amount of time. He even allowed me to interrupt him while packing my food and switched my order from original to extra crispy chicken and did not show any amount of irritation. He kept the atmosphere calm, cool and collected despite of the crazy Sunday rush. He also renewed my appreciation for KFC's customer service. He made a hard job look very easy which is not an easy task. WAY TO GO SIR! The Colonel and his new "Thick-N-Rich" girlfriend Mrs. Butterworth...

So I get off work I’m doing 12 hour shift, feel like cooking after doing 12 hours who does? So I stop at KFC and this is the second time this week I stop by and did not get service.. And I know this is always a certain vehicle that’s out there when you don’t get service, so I’m assuming that’s the worker the closer that does not want to do their work I come in at 9:15 PM September 12, 2024 is she tells me they are a chicken, earlier this week she said they wasn’t serving no one but DoorDash! What does she mean? Who authorized her to do that? Not to mention that they have piss, poor attitude how come people with the unbelievable disrespectful attitude, like to work in hospitality or serving people!! You need to serve no one with that attitude! I highly recommend, but they said the secret shopper in there, and don’t tell no one when you send a secret shopper in there let it be in an hour ! Because I am going to call corporate and asked them, why did you run out of food on September 12, 2024 at 9 o’clock because I got there at 9:15 a little...

This is by far the worst KFC in Toledo! The employees are horrible they are rude and highly inconsiderate. I went there this morning at 10:30 a.m when they were supposed to be open I sat in the drive-thru for 5 minutes after the posted opening time patiently hoping to give them a chance to turn on the mics and what have you since I'm familiar with the lack of customer service at this location no one came on so I then went inside only to be told I had to wait for the woman to count her drawer in front of me its now 10:40 a.m. 10 minutes pass opening time I told her I just sat in the drive through which didn't seem to bother her one bit she even gave me an eye roll as if I was wrong then to add insult to injury another woman who may have been management told the lady to continue counting the drawer while I a paying customer waited. In my factual observation if you open at 10:30 a.m. everything that needs to be in place should be it's called running a business which this location does...
