I took my phone in because the camera stopped working, and what I got in return was a horror story. The technician seemed confident and told me it would be fixed in a couple of hours. I left the store feeling hopeful—big mistake.

When I came back, they were acting suspiciously, avoiding eye contact, and taking forever to retrieve my phone. Finally, they handed it to me, and the first thing I noticed was that the back cover wasn’t even properly attached. It was like they just slapped it on without bothering to seal it. When I confronted them, they assured me it was just a 'cosmetic issue' and that the phone was fixed. Spoiler: It wasn’t.

I checked the camera, and not only was it still broken, but now the entire phone was glitching. The screen was flickering, apps were randomly opening and closing, and the phone was overheating like crazy. I immediately told them something was seriously wrong, and they had the nerve to say that these issues ‘weren’t their problem’ and that I should have brought the phone in sooner if it had so many problems. What?! It was working fine except for the camera when I brought it in!

I asked them to fix the new issues they caused, and they said it would cost extra! EXTRA? I hadn’t even paid for the first ‘repair’ yet, and now they wanted to charge me more to fix the mess they created?

Then, to make things even worse, when I refused to pay, they said they’d keep my phone as ‘collateral’ until I did. They literally held my phone hostage! I had to call the police just to get it back, and when I finally got it, it was in worse condition than ever before—completely unusable.

I cannot believe the audacity of this place. They destroyed my phone, tried to extort me, and had the nerve to act like it was all my fault. Save yourself the headache and STAY FAR, FAR AWAY...

THIS PLACE RUINED MY LIFE! I brought my phone in because it was overheating, and I wish I had never set foot in this store. The technician took a quick look and said it was a 'common issue' and could be fixed in an hour. I was relieved, but that relief turned into a nightmare.

When I came back to pick up my phone, they handed me a device that was completely melted on one side. I asked what happened, and they claimed the phone ‘just started smoking’ during the repair and that it was ‘unavoidable.’ Are you kidding me? My phone was overheating, not on fire! How does a minor issue turn into a melted phone?

They then tried to blame me, saying I must have had some ‘weird apps’ or 'water damage,' which is a complete lie because I’m always careful with my phone. When I demanded they replace it or compensate me, the technician became defensive, saying I should be grateful they even tried to fix it and that it was 'beyond saving.'

As if that wasn’t bad enough, they actually charged me for the repair! I refused to pay for a service that destroyed my phone, but they wouldn’t give it back until I paid. I ended up walking out with a phone that looks like it survived a fire and $150 poorer. I’ve since found out from another repair shop that they probably caused the damage themselves by overheating the device during the repair.

This place is beyond incompetent. They destroyed my phone, refused to take responsibility, and left me with a useless piece of melted plastic. If you value your devices, STAY AWAY...

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! I took my phone in for a battery replacement, and it turned into a total disaster. First off, the store was filthy—dust everywhere, tools scattered on the floor, and what looked like leftover food sitting on the counter. I should have walked out right then, but I was desperate to get my phone fixed.

The guy behind the counter barely looked at my phone before assuring me it would be a 'quick and easy' fix. He asked me to leave it for 30 minutes. When I came back, not only was my phone still in pieces on the workbench, but the technician had left for lunch! I waited another hour, and when he finally returned, he seemed completely lost, like he forgot what he was supposed to be doing.

Finally, after two more hours of waiting, he handed me my phone, saying it was 'good as new.' I immediately noticed the screen was loose and one of the buttons was missing! When I pointed this out, he shrugged and said it must have been like that when I brought it in. Excuse me? My phone was perfectly fine except for the battery!

To top it all off, when I tried to power it on, the phone wouldn't even start. It was completely dead. I demanded a refund, and they refused, saying they 'don’t do refunds on repairs.' Now I’m out the cost of the repair, AND I have a phone that’s completely unusable.

This place is an absolute joke. Unprofessional, dirty, and clearly clueless about how to fix anything. Do yourself a favor and go...
