Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Toledo

Absolutely disgusting, and that’s an understatement. If there was a way to rate negative stars I would. This place was absolutely filthy. If the inspectors came in today they would’ve been shut down for sure. The floors were covered in grease, it felt like they haven’t been mopped or even swept in months. When I went over to the condement counter to get tarter sauce and ketchup I was absolutely horrified. The ketchup was coming out in lumps and looked as if the dispenser hasn’t been maintained or cleaned in a very long time. Then as I say down at the table I put my hand up on the head rest as I say down and my hand got covered in a layer of grease. I decided to go to the bathroom and it looked like a horror movie. There was dirt everywhere. I didn’t even feel comfortable turning the sink on because I could see all the filth that was built up on it. When I went back to my seat I looked down underneath my table and I saw a build up of easily a 1/4 of an inch of grease and much along the crease of the wall. Since we had to wait over 30 minutes for our food, at a fast food restaurant, I began to notice a lot of things. There were cracks and dents all over the grease and dirt covered walls. I noticed that all of the employees were wearing greasy and torn up clothes that looked like they haven’t been washed in years, and not a single on of them were wearing anything related to the Long John Silvers uniform. Then we finally got our food after 35 minutes of waiting and it was God aweful. The food was absolutely bland and you could tell it was in the freezer for ages. I could’ve gone to krogers and bought and made my own fish and chips for the fraction of the price and time. Then as I finished my meal I found something that was unbelievable to me. None of the workers were even wearing gloves, and two of them were girl that had hair past the middle of their backs without hair nets. They were extremely loud and disrespectful to all of the customers. Every customer has to wait ages for their food and when we asked how much longer we were all told in a very snooty voice “it’ll be out soon.” They were all goofing a round and obviously had no ambition to put our food. Never again!!! Tonight was the worse service I have ever gotten ANYPLACE!!! Employees out of uniform wearing jeans hoodies and leggings while serving customers, long hair employees with no hair nets while handling food, Management and employees in the back of the restaurant having a blast( Sounded like a birthday party, Yelling,Laughing, Swear words Etc) for 20 mins while customers were waiting in the front for food. Costumers were using personal cell phone to call the main phone number to speak to a manager and the response was OH WE WILL GET TO YOU IN A MIN!! I will be calling corporate on the issues at hand. This is not professional on any level of service. There was at least 8 families that walked out due to the treatment that was given. I hope there is cameras and everyone is held accountable for...

Ordered the 16 pc family meal. 2 sides of rice, 1 side of corn and 1 side of fries. We get to the restaurant and the sweet young lady who was working the front register was getting our order together. She realized we didn't have the right sides. Confused she asked the guy in the window about it. He stated they only had enough rice for one large side and no corn. So he just shorts us one side and substitutes the corn with greenbeans? Without saying anything to the girl or us? Mind you we came in at 730. So for the next 2 and half hours this location was out of corn and rice?
