Firstly, the lady who answered the phone got upset when I called back to ask for extra crab in my ragoon because the last time I got like, 3 of them with NO CRAB in them.
When we got there this weight challenged, middle aged, white dude gave us a stank eye which I ignored.
I paid for the food and had to come back because when I called about the extra crab in the ragoon the rude lady said that it was already done and I just had to order another one. Welp, I didn't get it, and they didn't give me a receipt, so I had to go back up there and ask them if they charged me for the other crab ragoon when I only got one. The chinese man in charge was really cool, but the white guy shot another dagger stare at me. Twice now, I brushed it off. I asked for chopsticks (because I have culture) and the white guy got smart and rolled his eyes. Like, my request was a HUGE inconvenience to him. Maybe he just shouldn't have a damn job if that's the case. Which would've made his 3rd offense and I got pissed and after the chinese man told me I wasn't charged for the ragoon I didn't get, I thanked the owner, shot a look at the other guy, and left.
Aaaand, my bestfriend almost choked on a freaking staple. So...

Last night was our third time in a row ordering from here that my wife had onions in her vegetable lo mein after specifically stating to them on the phone that she is very allergic to onions. Add to that one of the rules of customer service is the customer is always right... well not to Panda. Last night the chef actually got on the phone and argued with my wife, basically calling her stupid by saying shes confusing onions with green peppers.
Aside from the onion fiasco they have forgotten an extra side of white rice twice now, last night being one of those nights, and both times have tried to make me pay for it again. Im sorry Panda, you forgot to put it in my bag, I didnt forget to order it. It was even circled on the menu they gave us.
As I said originally, these guys make good chinese food, some of the best tasting in the area. They just do not listen at all, and pretty much if your food is wrong - too bad, its your fault. Cant recommend them just because of...

Middle age overweight Caucasian verbally insults me by calling me a "jackass" for questioning why he continued to hang up on me 5 times in a row after stating 'Panda Restaurant".
The owners brush off the incident when confronted, first lying that he ever picked the phone up and then afterwards claiming the phone was having problems which somehow justifies his behavior.
Player 7 enters the game, a hipster wannabe hero decides that because I'm the one being argumentative during the 5 seconds he's arrived I must be the bad guy and proceeds to put me in check.
Player 7 exits the game when I put him in his place and send him out the door with his food in tow.
Now focused back on the situation at hand I press the issue and realize that I'm wasting my time, there is no accountability here and thus leave...
