Pat and Dandy's Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Toledo

Busy Saturday evening, which I’m super happy to see! However, the service left a lot to be desired. She was amazing… at first. Very accommodating with my kids, which is much appreciated. Out of all my favorite beers (not her fault by any means!). We order, and it takes 20 minutes to get drinks. I ordered the all you can eat perch. About 45 minutes later, the rest of my part of 4’s food comes out, but not mine. Never even got my side salad. 20 minutes later, as my entire family is now finished, my food arrives. Still understanding , but slightly perturbed, it’s busy! My husband and I both ordered another beer, and I ordered more fish pretty much as soon as my initial meal came out, knowing it would take a while. Well… his beer came out, mine took another fifteen minutes. I finished all my food. And waited. And waited. Finally, I just asked for the check because we were now 2 hours into dinner, 40 minutes into waiting for more fish, having ordered 15ish minutes into being sat, with no “all you can eat” in sight. Not all the waitress’ fault, but she definitely could have advocated for her table (and herself, ultimately). Won’t be back anytime soon,...

I'll never eat here again and not because the food is bad but because while minding my business and trying to enjoy a momentary escape that is this crazy train in life with drink and a good meal what I got to experience was my bartender talking about her regular patrons in a negative light with other regular patrons. Airing out dirty laundry that wasnt hers and making comments on their mental stability with a very ignorant mindset. As someone whos worked with people who are medically mentally ill and someone whos close to a person who suffers from emotional disabilities, ptsd and bpd daily I dont think its anyones place to speak on anyones mental health especially that of what is verbally shared with me that you are speaking about a regular customer to another regular customer and having a great time talking trash about people whove put money in your pocket. I shared my perspective and reflected my dissapoinment by tipping half of what it would have been. I dont go out of my way to degrade people out of earshot for entertainment. What...

It was a very interesting experience to say the least. Our waitress volunteered to wipe down a bouth for us instead of a us sitting at a table which was very nice. She was quick with drinks and very nice overall. 2 of us got the Wednesday night steak special and it was overcooked and fatty for a NY strip. The waitress offered to take my meal off as I was the one who mentioned the issue. I said I would pay for the sides as I did eat them. It was taken care of and that was good.

This is where the real issue begins. As we are waiting for our bills we see a line cook come out and look at us and someone who must be a manager approaches him. The man enters the kitchen and goes in the back area in general drops a racial slur 3 separate times in under a minute very much in ear shot of guests.
