I went for the first time yesterday and will never go back. They have a taco Tuesday buffet. They had a 45 minute wait and I had to wait the literal 45 minutes before getting sat which should have been a sign from the beginning because all I needed was a table for 1. Sat and waited about 5/7 minutes for the server to approach me, she said oh if your here for the buffet you can go up whenever you want (obviously) but I was waiting so I could order a drink which she didn’t even ask me if I wanted anything, didn’t state her name, welcome to the restaurant nothing. I just told her what I wanted to drink. Made my plate and waited another 5/7 minutes to get her attention so she could bring me silverware and napkins which should have been brought over when she brought the drink. Granted it was busy but if you’re attentive and polite that will get you a long way.The food was disgusting and cold. The rice was burnt and undercooked like how is that even possible. My waitress never came back to check on me. I left my money on the table and walked out. Which I never do, I’m not a rude person, I usually tip 20% plus I know a lot of them live off of tips but I refused to waste anymore money. Never again will I visit this...

I created this place on google Maps so I could review it as it was not added yet. Nice new restaurant located inside Hollywood casino toledo that opened on March 10th, 2023. We ordered 4 hand-held sandwhich/ burgers. All were cooked as ordered and were to our surprise delicious. Service was prompt and courteous. UPDATE: The coney chili dogs do not have chili anymore. They are using taco meat so they can save money ? It's nasty and takes my original rating of 5 stars to 2 stars for falsely advertising chili dogs and serving taco meat on them. They were good with the chili, not so much with the taco meat. Management has made a big mistake by making this change or worse, letting a line cook make menu decisions. Either way, it's a terrible decision. We will eat at the cafe just outside the barstool in the future. Definitely heading downhill, management don't even respond to their reviews... time to change the guards !! Don't sit at the bar...the bar tenders are rude and...

Worst food and service I’ve received in a long time. Came here for my sisters birthday so we had a big group, luckily we came on a Monday night so they weren’t busy at all. Ordered our appetizers, which took forever to come out and they were all cold. Finally got (some) our food after waiting more than an hour. A couple of us got the ribeye - which for $40 it should be a good steak. It is NOT. I ordered mine medium, got it well done. My mom ordered hers medium well, it was raw and mostly fat. Two people at the table ordered the same burger - the black and blue burger. One came out at the same time as our steaks. The other was apparently forgotten about because it didn’t come out until after we reminded our server and everyone was practically done with their meals. I will give the servers and manager praise as they were super friendly & they felt badly for how everything was coming out so they took some stuff off of our bill. Just wasn’t a good experience overall,...
