This place is alright, except for the fact, that they way the food as they make it, when they clean the hummus machine that spray the machine with a hose and the water smells horrible. Smells unsanitary. They way their clothes there. I used to work for Abdullah the manager, a few months ago, I was going through some medical problems family wise, he told me take the week off I did I called back he always acted like he was busy. I walked in there, he ran to the office acted like he was busy, when he wasn't I STILL TILL THIS DAY HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY LAST PAYCHECK. He refuses to give it to me. I'm from out of town, was spending a week in Toledo for work, and was trying to find a local Mediterranean restaurants to grab lunch from. Walking in, I received the warmest, friendliest of welcomes. I mentioned to Ahmad that it was my first time to the shop, as I was from out of town. He very enthusiastically suggested that I should try samples of anything I wanted, and each and every sample I tried was incredible. If you are looking for a crash course in Mediterranean cuisine, this is the place for you. The staff is incredibly helpful and will allow you to sample the great variety of dishes. But in all honesty, I pick at random, without sampling, because I know I'll be coming back next week to try what I have not.
