Bad Ass Coffee of Hawaii — Restaurant in Tolleson

first time trying this place. Sadly it's the last time also. 11:40 AM Sunday morning looking for this place went past the turn in. duh ? it took a minute or two to get back around to pull in. the same two cars were in the drive through as I placed my order n pulled up behind them. im the 3rd car in line. my kids tx me or i wdnt hv noticed the time. after 8 minutes the first car pulled away. not sure how long these two had been waiting there. the car in front of me started to overheat because they had been sitting there idling for so long and it's not even hot out yet. as they pulled up to the window n waited four more minutes they pulled away. I pulled up to the window and sat there an extra five minutes when my phone went to six minutes I drove away myself. this is a ridiculous amount of time to wait !!! Ridiculous, Warrantless and no reason for this at all in a customer service type atmosphere. Owners or managers of this place..... do you have any adults that can find out why it takes sooo long when they're not even busy ? If it takes this long for 2 to 3 cars, just think what it would be like in the summer !!! during the summer you'll have so many cars overheating in ur drivr through line that you could stand a chance of being sued for car repairs !!!!!! Saw so many good reviews about your place n product I came there from Bethany and I-17. I believe the wait in line took longer than the trip coming and going !! please do something about...

Great customer service. I wish they put the cream cheese on the bagel, but the food and Italian sodas were great.

Update: I'm glad they don't put the cream cheese on the bagels hahaha. When they're busy, THEY ARE BUSY. It's hard to say anything bad about them because the food and drinks are great, and consistent. What you get on a Monday morning will taste the same on a Saturday afternoon, and that's worth something these days. And other than being pretty slow when they're busy, their customer service really is great.

Try the jalapeno cheddar bagel. It's not spicy, I'd say mild at best, but the cheddar givess the bagel a perfect taste and texture.

If you have the time to sit and drink your coffee, they have indoor and outdoor seating, and the atmosphere is really nice and clean.

TRUCKERS: I pick up and deliver to the Amazon down the street sometimes and always stop for a coffee. The office buildings just west of the coffee shop, off of Van Buren, have enough space in their lot to park 1 truck & trailer so you can run in and take your 30min break. Then you just drive around behind the buildings south of the coffee shop where the loading docks are and pull out...

BAD A**COFFEE (Tolleson) Never again will I go there! Today, 9/26/2021 @ 1:10pm, was my first time ever getting coffee there. As I pulled up to the window a man's voice came into the speaker stating he would be right with me! Needles to say, about 20 mins had past and still nothing! I decided to honk my horn and start yelling, "is anyone there" into the speaker! The customer behind me got off his vehicle as did I to see what was going on! The older gentleman that was at the counter did not even know we were at the window from what he said! The girl who took my order was rude after I questioned to why it took so long since we were the only people there! She said, "well you know you could have said something into the speaker!" Wow! Just wow! Maybe I should have thought of that! No discount for the inconvenience and rudeness! Thanks but no thanks! This is not how you treat customers!
