Dunkin' — Restaurant in Toms River

Disgrace. I wish there was a different coffee/donut shop closer to than this one. Or at least a different staff working at this one. My mother and I both had a free coupon for any free medium refresher on our apps/and e-mails. I show my coupon which is RIGHT ON MY DUNKIN APP after clearly reading all the fine print to be sure everything was A-OK the rude cashier attempts to argue with me that I need to pull up the coupon on my app. The coupon WAS pulled up and opened from my app. She was trying to tell me that it could be a scam if not from THE DD app, when it WAS from and on the DD app. This is why I NEVER go to DD. Even when you're a paying customer they usually get your order incorrect anyway. So after a good few minutes of this going back and forth my Mother told her which FREE MEDIUM REFRESHER she wanted. The cashier made the wrong flavor. Without my mother even opening the straw, the cashier grabbed it back and the made the correct flavor. She didn't ring it up nor even attempt to enter the coupon code, then said goodbye to us. And my mother's take from that incident was 'Wow she could've gave us the messed up flavor, too.' Ya'know since it'll be going in the TRASH anyway! Hate this DD. America does NOT run on Dunkin' and...

i literally have never written & posted a review for any business, regardless of how my experience was, but i’ve had enough. THIS DUNKIN LOCATION SPECIFICALLY is so, so bad. the lady at the speaker is SO rude and unfriendly. she does not speak good english either, which obviously isn’t her fault, but it makes it extremely difficult to just order what i want. i kid you not, if im not having a problem ordering, i can hear the car in front of me having one. it’s ridiculous. something seriously needs to be done. i ordered 25 munchkins of the app today. i pulled up to the window, (forgetting that my card was linked to the app), and handed them my apple pay. then i got a notification for $6 and something cents, when it should have been $9 something. THEN i realized. they guy tried giving me a coffee, i said “no i ordered 25 munchkins and i just realized i already paid for it since i used the app.” he said ok and gave me my munchkins. i tried to give him my card so he could refund the $6 back, SINCE I DID NOT ORDER A COFFEE, and he said with a nasty tone, “i gave you extra munkins.” i said ok and drove off because im so done...

I've been so hesitant to leave a review because I HATE to leave negativity on a business, especially knowing I will absolutely go back again (I mean America DOES run on dunkin, right?) BUT, this location has sunk really far into the pits. Lately, every order is wrong or they are out of what i ordered (I use mobile orders) and they just replace it with whatever they please and don't even tell you. The other day I ordered glazed donuts for my kids, got the bag & realized it was way too heavy for donuts, they substituted coffee cake muffins for my glazed donuts -- I mean WHY not at least another donut?! Today, I ordered a signature pumpkin iced latte no whip. The only thing right about my order was the size & the no whip!!! There was NO flavor at all!! No pumpkin, no vanilla, no caramel drizzle, no cinnamon sugar -- it's a plain latte that tastes old and bitter. I didn't even realize until I drove off and sipped it - at least my donuts were right I guess. You all need to fix whatever is so wrong with this location. Maybe it's the people, maybe it's the products, maybe it's the training, but damn...
