Stopped in for a quick grab while working down the street, early lunch time. Wanted two tacos to add to my salad in my lunch box. Two delicious fish tacos to go. Ordered with the nice staff immediately, got to see all the fresh prep work going on in the front kitchen...grill full of beautiful poblanos roasting, fresh salsa ingredients chopped and mixed to be made. Waitress comes up to me to inform me that every order comes with chips (unknown to me with my first time there) so I might want to get some homemade salsa. Food comes out in a very good time for made-to-order, head out to the truck. Cod fish is almost the same size of the soft taco wrap, easily worth the price, all ingredients are fresh and homemade. Chips were enough for 2, got to snack on them for the rest of the work day. Slaw, crema, and my substitution of pico was delightful (not an avocado guy, but sure it would have been good). Obviously, I couldn't find room for the salad after two great tacos and some chips. Never been there before, but will be heading back as soon as work brings me there. Great, fresh food, made in house is what it tastes like. I'd spend the money again on this place, and I only scratched the surface. Thanks Gringo's, made my Wednesday...

The sauces were all delicious and tasted homemade. The place even had a selection of several flavors of Jarritos soft drinks which is mainly found in authentic Mexican restaurants. The guacamole I ordered as an appetizer was on the mild side, but still was very flavorful. The chips that came with it was fresh and crispy and had just the right amount of saltiness. The smoked brisket burrito that my friend Mark ordered was tasty and was so large, it could have been eaten as two meals. The place was very busy when we visited it. They also have a breakfast menu with items that can be ordered until noon. I'm not sure if this Gringo's location is part of the same food chain as the Gringo's I ate at in Cape Cod several years ago, but this one was much better due to it's...

The bean dip was vary bland, they tasted like they where out of a can. They should be ris out of the can juice's, lightly suited with onions, garlic, & the bacon then add chicken or vegetable stock, season with house spice mix, & serve with rice as a option & top with cilantro to serve.
The fish taco, had to much slow not enough fish, the batter didn't stick to the fish & it was over cooked! Solution, Serve with a 3oz l piece fish so the batter sticks to the fish & easer to handle & for handling.
