Liquor Lattes & Lace — Restaurant in Topeka

I will start by saying I am not a regular of LL&L, and I likely will not be going forward, as I don't drink coffee or alcohol. But, I highly recommend that anyone who enjoys these to seek them out!

I had a minor car accident near them, and pulled in to their parking lot while waiting for insurance and a tow truck. The staff and patrons were the most kind souls I've ever met. They came out to check on me and my son in the middle of this mini-blizzard, they encouraged us to stay inside during the 5 hours we had to wait for a tow truck, along with all of my sons things. They even gave my son milk and food on the house, which made a very stressful situation much more manageable. I may not be their clientelle, but I will be singing their praises to any who will listen.

It was a Monday, Baby Doll's was closed, I wanted a beer, and I remembered Liquor Lattes, and Lace which is right down the street. It wasn't real crowded but you could tell by the relaxed atmosphere that the folks who were there were regulars. The bartender, who wore a bikini and easy on the eyes, was a friendly lady with quick service. When I visit Topeka again I will make it a regular stop with its open air...

Swain train keeps them waters comin for me. Top notch service. The owners are family friendly, active in the crowd and really try to keep a good atmosphere here.
